They asked me to pull up to the third window. I waited for 25 minutes as I watched tons of cars behind me receive their food and be on their way as well as one of the workers looking directly at me through the window multiple times and not saying anything. I was waiting on a happy meal, a 10 piece chicken nugget and 2 snack wraps. I was finally handed my food and noticed I was missing my ten piece. I said “I’m missing a ten piece” as the girl walked away from the window. She left it cracked which led to me believe she heard me and would be right back. Nope. I waited another 10 minutes and called the store 4 times before they picked up and finally brought it to me. My snack wraps were plain instead of spicy like I ordered, and the attached photo shows the tiny amount of fries that were in the happy meal that I ordered “extra fries” for. Ridiculous.

I absolutely love McDonald’s especially this one. Everyday I eat there during lunch the staff is always friendly and the food is good. Not sure what the lady’s name is but she’s always working during lunch and calls me baby. I love it

The best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The staff was very kind and helpful. Food was actually good. The manager is running it well. Super busy. they are happy and working well together. Got my food within 2 min of ordering.

We stopped for lunch at 11 am. We were the only people in the restaurant we are in our 90s. We did not know that you can not eat here unless you use a computer and ring yourself up on a kios. We went to the counter, the manager called a counter girl to tell us. We can only eat if we can figure out how to use their kios. They refused to take our order or wait on us. McDonald’s has out grown us. Good Luck with your new business model. We won’t be back, life is too short.

My visit today was absolutely great! Every worker in this McDonald’s was working so hard. When one would come out of the back, they would speak to the customers up front. There was minimal wait for food. And the ice cream machine worked!! I will drive a few minutes further to come to this McDonald’s from now on!

I recommend avoiding this McDonald’s location. The staff is quite disrespectful. I wouldn’t spend a single cent here. they won’t bring it out to curbside for you to pick up. Your order ends up sitting there and getting cold, and they react negatively when you ask for a replacement.

Had some cold food one night and only expected a fry because that’s what was cold. She gave me a whole meal and apologized a thousand times.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BUT ONLY MCDS IN MONCKS CORNER! YOU NEED TO DO BETTER MCDs!!!!!!!
Ordered online waited 35 mins for the food. Asked multiple times the status of my order and was completely disregarded and never given an answer. After 45mins of still not having my order they finally confirmed they couldn’t find it. Staff was VERY RUDE and could careless how long I had been waiting and no manger in sight until 50 mins into this complete disaster a manager finally comes out. At this point I just wanted my money back because obviously these people have no clue what they are doing and have no concern for customer service.

Tonight there was a young man named Jameer working i don’t ever use the self orders so I had no clue and that young man came over and helped me right away very thankful what great service highly appreciated Mr jameer’s helpfulness i recommend you to come here at any given time to receive great service
