Every table was filthy including the complimentary cigarette bud. After the young lady came out to start cleaning she doesn’t even finish a table before going back to the kitchen, never cleaned any of the tables on the left (someone sat down at a dirty table next to the cigarrette bud and started eating). Multiple staff members walking by fithy tables. After sitting and waiting for food we recieved 2 inaccurate sandwiches. Walked up instantly to see if they could remake sandwiches. Not even two minutes and they gave me back two burnt mcdoubles. We walked out. Didn’t eat and wasted money. Never even got a receipt. If I could give them a zero I would.

I ordered tea and oatmeal at McDonald’s today around 5 a.m. When I walked in, the oatmeal, tea, and a paper bag were already on the counter. The employee gave me a very sweet smile. Since it was early and I was half-asleep, I trusted that everything was correct and didn’t check the order.
Only when I got to my car did I discover that the oatmeal didn’t include the apples and raisins that are supposed to come with it. I opened the paper bag thinking they might be inside — but the bag contained only a large pile of napkins. It was pretty obvious the apples and raisins weren’t “forgotten.” Someone clearly had time to fill the bag with napkins, just not with the actual food that comes with the oatmeal.
So thank you for the lovely smile — it was apparently meant to distract from the fact that part of the order was missing. I really appreciate paying for something I didn’t receive and wasting my time.
Hopefully one day someone serves you exactly what you paid for… minus a few parts
I hope people treat you the same way.

(I couldn’t put a second review after having this one so I’ll just add it on the one that was already here but do not go to this location the staff is very rude except for the manager Chiquita but if you have a problem with something they act like you or the problem and they do not want to resolve it at all so from now on I’m going to have to drive 12 miles to go to Polly’s Island or to Andrews and drive 26 miles if I want to go to McDonald’s I’m done with this location I do not recommend anyone going here !
)I just tried to place an order at this McDonald’s and I have ordered here before on the kiosk and went up and used code after earning points at the kiosk to place an order because this particular code you had to have a $3 minimum purchase and order to get the 29 cent any size soft drink I got up to the counter the person wouldn’t process my order because they said they couldn’t do it and I’ve been doing this for the past month since I’ve been down here on vacation and had no problems
So I called corporate and made a complaint and filed about it but I would not recommend to others coming to this McDonald’s because of I have seen myself a lot of bad service the food can be good here and sometimes the service is but there’s an awful lot of goof-ups so I just now had to drive 12 miles out of my way one way to another location so I can still get McDonald’s and then have to have a 12 mi return trip back to the town I was just in

Never had a problem stopping in here before but the food this time was just a big no. Found a hair in the middle of my Big Mac of the short curly type. The Big Mac presentation was terrible from the get-go with tore up patties the whole thing just completely falling apart before I can pick it up just looking gross. The soda machine had no carbonation left everything was flat. I don’t want to have to pick through my food every time I order to make sure there’s nothing in it that shouldn’t be there. Big Mac Patty’s taste like they were seasoned in dirty dish water. The only thing that was actually good was the McDouble which is sad because that’s supposed to be the cheapest thing on the menu. Food was barely hot. Tried to give us a milkshake that wasn’t full. The actual shake only filled a little over half of the cup and they filled the rest with whip cream. When I asked them to remake it they got attitude. The kiosk machines where you place your orders never have paper in them. Will be a while before I go back.
