Drive-thru, the order through the app came out quick and efficiently… until it gave an error. Not sure if it was the app issue or not but had a lot of issues using a coupon so eventually gave up. It said another order was in progress when I hadn’t ordered anything yet. App worked fine in NJ on the way back… so not sure what it was down here.

This visit wasn’t to bad. I didn’t have to wait forever like I do most of the time. And the atmosphere was nice. Alot of times they have to many homes less people hanging out and it’s hard to get a table or even in the door when they are all hanging out right in front of the door. The morning manager lady is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met.

The world today has lost sight of what real customer service is… You pull up to that order box in the drivethru and a robot starts talking to you, so you respond with your order… But nobody is listening. You will have to repeat yourself. Then, I ask if they can swap the fluffy egg patty on a McGriddle for the real cracked egg you would get on a McMuffin… Absolutely not. That’s cool. Wendy’s is better anyway, and right around the corner. I end up in a Mcdonalds drive thru about once or twice a year, and usually leave without ordering, after being reminded why I stopped giving them my money.

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal from this store and didn’t receive the chicken sandwich. I was on a time crunch so i didn’t check until i got back to my job. i have messaged mcdonald’s multiple different times and different ways. all they say is they let the store know and the store will contact me. (they still have not, weeks later)
Also their burgers are raw

Manager was loudly bad mouthing an employee who went on break. This was at about 12:10pm on October 26, 2025
My order was also given to another person with my name before I got there, so they’re wasting food and my time.
I saw a manager give a stack of monopoly peel offs to a customer, a whole plastic container, there were a lot of them in there. He said it’s for having to wait so long. I think that’s probably some kinda violation of the game for sure?
Anyways, the food was McDonald’s, so it is a comfortable 3.

I’ve never had a raw quarter pounder before but today was the day, I guess. Not to mention the unsalted fries and giant chunk of uncut onion with the stem.
The guy who brought our food out to curbside didn’t say a word and shoved the food through the window of the car after we waited a half hour for our food.
Never again. They don’t care at this location. Second bad experience we’ve had here, never again. My husband and I both work with customers and we understand having bad days but this was deplorable.
Do better.
