Ordered curbside because the drivethru was around the building with a long wait. After waiting 30 minutes my food was brought to me cold, I got the 4 for $5 and a 6pc Nugget kids meal. No sauces in bag, extra fry not with kids meal and git a regular toy when a toddler toy was requested. I get it was busy and if my food would have arrived hot I would have blown off the missing/mistaken order, but it was ice cold. I couldn’t go in because I have a 16 month old asleep in their carseat. So I had to take the food home and microwave it. Microwaved McDonald’s Fries are worse then cold McDonald’s fries. Disappointed in this location, even the guy that brought out the food acted like I was a problem for making him come outside in a drizzle of a sprinkle of rain.

Horrible experience. This McDonald’s is the worst. I had to wait on a manager that took over ten minutes to address my concerns. The app code was not working and he was was extremely aggressive when he approached me. I gave him two codes and he started yelling saying they don’t work. I in turn asked him what was the medium to rectify the issue he slammed the window in my face. I went inside to have a civilized conversation he started using profanity and making threats. My fiance had a issue with this same so called manager. I called to report it and the manager who I spoke to begged me not to call corporate with issue with my fiance she even asked if she could pray with me. It’s like they are afraid of him. He is awful for business and to pretend to be a leader is hilarious to me. This McDonald’s is one of the worst. I don’t recommend that anyone supports this location until they clean house. I am beyond disappointed because I used to work at a McDonald’s while in high school. My kid’s were disappointed because we had to drive to another location which had no issue with the code and they were extremely nice.

Let me tell you… It was around 6 or 6:30 in the evening and, of course, the drive-thru was packed so I decided to run inside. I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO HAVE a caramel Frappe. Not only was the drive-thru packed but a dozen or so people were inside as well. Expecting to meet attitude and slow service, I was met with courtesy, politeness, and some of the fastest service at a McDonald’s I’ve EVER SEEN. The 3 or so young men behind the counter were banging orders out like nobody’s business! Shout out to the crew working on 8/4/2023 @ 6-6:30PM! You guys were AMAZING!

Website clearly says drive through open until 12:00 AM. I pulled in at 11:40 and was told they were closed. When we mentioned the web/google stated drive through orders were open until 12:00, the worker felt the need to argue and say that we were trying to start an argument. Went through drive thru. Ordered my food. My 2 week old baby was throwing a fit as I’m paying. I asked the lady of I could park and them bring the food out. She said yes go to number 9 parking spot. I waited and waited then heard the guy at the second window say well she can come inside to get her food! I was there for 30 min!!!! I needed up going inside to get my money back. At the end of it I didn’t get my money back or the food.

This place has never gotten an order correct. They either do not have diet drinks or are willfully refusing to serve diet drinks. Either way this is borderline aggressive towards my poor diabetic friend who just wants to join us for lunch or get a quick beverage on the way out of town. We once sat at the window and asked them to please make certain that the soda was diet. We were served full sugar soda twice in this instance before the manager very stiffly poured us a diet soda. I don’t really understand the animosity towards diabetics at this location but consider this fair warning if you wanted to get an unsweetened beverage here.

I went here ordered a quarter pounder with cheese I guess I should have been more specific an ask for it melted. The onions was so big. I actually got a large fry thanks an a large drink as well. Me and my fiancé ordered curbside, waited over 20 minutes and still no food! I went inside, stood there at the counter, everyone ignored all the people standing there! I could even see our drinks, and watched the lady put our food in another bag!! I have never had such a terrible experience at McDonald’s! Seriously, coming from someone who works in the food industry, do better!!!
