Maybe, just maybe, the worst McDonald’s on the planet. It still looks and feels like the fast food chain, but I’ve given them a few chances now and they never fail to disappoint (even by the most lenient fast food standards). The burgers are dry, and the fountain drink dispenser has yet to be fully operational that I’ve seen – last time the Dr. Pepper was pure syrup and the Coke was pure seltzer, so I kinda combined the two. Oh, and ask for napkins at your own risk. I did ask (because there were none out), and then five minutes later I saw them behind the counter, and just grabbed them myself.

One of my family members went in get me a Big Mac. He came back with a salad and bread. Normally this McDonald’s is busy inside and outside, but it wasn’t during this visit. How do you roll out a Big Mac with no beef top or bottom bun? I guess now not only do you need to check your bag for all orders, but you also have to check each order for all the ingredients!

My husband and I went inside to get breakfast because the drive-thru was packed and that’s where we normally go. All I have to say is do not go inside to eat because the customer service is atrocious! The food is great, that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. My husband had ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle, but they gave him a biscuit. He went to the counter so he could get his order correct but the staff was rude to him. Not only that, but one of the doors where we were sat at swung open when wind hit. Y’all need to get that checked out.
