I have no clue what is wrong or if it’s personal, I have came to get breakfast 5 or more times. Every time I am always not charged for something or always missing something I have ordered. I am not sure if there needs to be re training or what, the staff needs to be sure to double check their screens to ensure they are giving out the correct food and get new headsets so the employees can hear!

I got a large Big Mac meal about 2 hours ago. I ate it and felt fine for about 10-15 minutes. I feel eefy till about the time I needed to leave and felt really sick. I threw up all my food. It is no coincidence I felt sick after and threw up a hour later on that meal and before that meal I felt perfectly fine and didn’t eat before then since 2:30. Please check your food and make sure your food is cooked properly.

I am so done with this location. Tonight the front area had over 30 people waiting to order or pick up food. The staff seamed not to care at all. Never saw a manager, never heard anyone apologize as people were given wrong food, customers looking through bags to realize the food was not theirs while staff observed and said nothing. Kitchen staff was cutting up and not getting in any hurry still with no management seen. Total mayhem, and this is not unique to this night. We purposely avoid this location since covid but sometimes we try to make it work. No business should care so little for customers, no business should hire employees that can’t do the job. The McDonalds brand has lost respect already, they need to take control and hold operators accountable. They charge high prices for less quality and no customer service.
To top off the experience the double cheeseburger I ordered as plain, was marked as plain and I even inspected without getting aggressive ended up covered with cheese filled onions. So very mad right now. This again has become the norm for many locations. Especially this one on Floyd Baker Blvd. About the time the yen commandments came off the wall this location lost its way, no customer service at all. Do not e@t here unless you have no other choice.

If I’m not getting a discount on my food as an employee I’m certainly not going to be using a kiosk to order my food. Zero employees up front to take my money but they can all be seen in the back shooting the crap. Zero drink machines out front. Zero napkins out front. Zero I ketchup out front. Zero times will I be back. At least the food was decent.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was just waiting in the second drive thru for 15 mins while they worked on the first drive thru. A bunch of people drove off because we were basically ignored. I’ve done DoorDashes for people here and usually ALWAYS wait for 20 mins for some “fast” food. Don’t know why it always takes forever

There were probably 10 people waiting for orders inside and a full drive thru. No one was happy. All the staff seemed flustered. Several items had to be remade for guests ahead of me. They tried to hand me an ice cream cone that wasn’t set well enough to stand up in the cone. A manager said she’d make another, but went to help someone else before doing so. It took about 20 minutes AFTER placing my order to get ONE fish sandwich combo and a vanilla cone. They either need to reevaluate their process or try to get some extra help. It felt incredibly disorganized and the manager seemed to be having to help EVERY STATION in the back.

Edit: decided to give them another shot – ordered a happy meal & large fry, been waiting 45 minutes & haven’t received a thing AND they will not give me a refund. Ha!

If you ever make it to the window, you’re guaranteed to be given the wrong order or someone else’s.

I did a mobile order, went to the first window, got a receipt, went to the second window & was asked what my order was (a common occurrence here), & they STILL attempted to hand me someone else’s. Apparently my mobile order had been taken by someone in the lobby – some random man came in, told them they had an order for “Hannah” & they gave it to him – even tho it was specifically for the drive thru. So after verifying with my receipt AND my phone that I did indeed place the order & hadn’t got it myself (??), they told me they would remake it. I never complained, was not rude, I told them no problem, I wasn’t in a hurry. I had ordered a 6 count nugget Happy Meal with fries, apple slices, & honey mustard & a large snack wrap meal (so that’s large everything). I got the Happy Meal with no apple slices or honey mustard & I got a watered down drink & medium fries that were COLD, hard, & half full? Plus these snack wraps they’ve brought back are trash but that’s a universal McDonald’s issue, not just this one.

THIS McDonald’s sucks. I won’t be back.
