Worst ever McDonald’s experience. it took 25 minutes from ordering at the drive through until I was handed my bag at the window. THEN, they didn’t include the fries I paid for, the cheeseburger bun had mold, the chicken nuggets were burnt and inedible. The barbecue sauce however, was okay. If you don’t live in Clinton, keep going to the next exit, if you do, I’m so sorry.

Extremely slow, building was full of customers waiting, and many of them had orders that were not filled correctly. We did not get our full order initially and had to wait 45 minutes. Once we finally got the majority of our food, the fries were super soggy and gross. They said they couldn’t make my grimace milk shake after I waited for 15m then ended up making it anyway. Not sure what the problem is but this location is horrible. This one should be called slow and soggy food instead of fast food.

Terrible service. Ordered through app. 6 burgers including 2 big macs with extra sauce. Paid extra for extra sauce. Told at pickup they were out of big mac sauce. Asked what would be done ro fix the situation. Told you get 2 big macs without sauce. Asked for refund. Told had to get refund through the app. App clearly states in multiple places that refunds are done by store. Finally offered substitute of any items. Reluctantly Asked for 2 double quarter pounders with cheese. Qas Told to pull forward to 3rd window. Did so. Sat there for 20 minutes. Finally exited my car and went inside. Was given more attitude and Finally given a bag of food. All of it was cold and hard from sitting there. The double quarter pounders were singles. Just inedible over all. Terrible service. Terrible food. Reached out to their corporate owners but don’t really expect a response. They obviously do not care.

This is the most messed up place,they never get my daughter’s chicken nuggets right ,you ask for a 40 pc nugget n you get a 20pc and when you say anything they’re like you need to come in and order I’m like no just get our order right, supervisor acts like she could care less and cashier doesn’t even know how to work the register, I swear it’s like this in Newberry SC and Union SC, they need to SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!!
