This location is really clean. The crew that I interacted with had great customer service. Our food came out quick and tasted delicious. The play area is maintained nicely, and kept to a high standard of clean as well. I’m very happy with our visit.

Went to McDonalds on John B White Blvd for dinner for my family everything is so expensive these days and to receive the messy very undercooked food was a punch in the gut. The drive thru was so loud and had to repeat my order several times for it to be taken I talked loud and clear so I could be heard but very polite to employees wasn’t being mean at all. The problem is I ordered a Quarter Pounder deluxe cooked Well Done that is not what I received. I had took a couple bites on way home it was messy meat felt soft so I get home I look at the burger and the patty was Raw!!!! I was disgusted and sick. Not to mention when I pulled up to window I had to repeat my order to employee over and over as pieces of order was handed to me had to remind them food drinks even the happy meal there is no excuse for undercooked meat At All or having to repeat each item ordered they have a screen that shows your order. I pray I or family doesn’t get sick from Raw hamburger meat. I went to this one purposely even tho it’s further from my home have problems with raw meat in the past from different location. McDonalds is so expensive now and to receive such poor quality food and service is beyond disappointing heck it could be Deadly!!!!

went in on Sunday night around 730pm. No counter service, which is fine, so we ordered at the koisk. It seemed 2 employees were on break (nice) and several people in the kitchen, several in the area near the drive through window. Plenty of attention to customers at the drive through it seemed. No other customers except a few came in with online orders. They had difficulty getting the attention of the staff. We were just waiting. No rush. But the drive through area especially, the staff was extremely loud, so much cussing! I mean really LOUD among the staff, it was just jaw dropping. I could not see who they were, i assumed younger teens (who else would behave like that?) but when I went to get a refill I was so surprised to see it was older “men”. What a shame. We’ve come in many times during the day, it’s always nice, but the night shift is a complete embarrassment to the owner I’m sure. There were 2 ladies working that were very kind and also seemed to be embarrassed by the other staff members. I did not complain, because honestly it felt like a very hostile environment.

Incompetent management and lazy staff. I placed my mobile order at 10:55 pm for curbside pick. Wait in spot #3. No one comes to the door to inform me to jump in the drive thru line after waiting 15 + minutes. I then try to cancel the order via the app which is no longer an option. So jump in the extreme long line wait another 15 minutes just to get my now extremely cold food. The manager states we stop curbside at 11:00, so common sense should tell y’all to enable the ability to place curbside order at 10 or 10:30 pm. She states it’s too dark to do curbside order at 11 or after 11. Is there a difference between 10 pm darkness and 11 pm darkness? Now if you would have lead with a safety issue I could accept your excuse possibly. McDonald has always provided poor customer service and communication to their customers. I am disappointed and dissatisfied, honestly I want my money back. That’s the only way McDonald can satisfy me and show that I am a valued customer.

Ordered food, they told us to pull up. We waited five minutes, and the manager came to the window with an attitude and asked us what we had. She legit spoke to me the same way a quarreling couple would communicate. She then got the food and with a continued attitude told me that it takes 7 min on the tenders. We weren’t complaining at all! There was no reason for an attitude. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a manager!

2/25/26 12:05 pm. Guy at the second window who was wearing gloves has a nasty attitude and is not professional. I said thanks 3 times and said have a great day and he just shuts the window in my face. Won’t be coming back to this one. Will be contacting corporate.

Worst restaurant ever I ordered two big Mac meals. Never got my sprites for either of the meals. Nobody knows how to pick up the phone and people’s attitudes. Here are ridiculous. Will never be coming back to this restaurant ever again absolutely worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I hope McDonald’s can figure out their workers situation. The manager here must not have everything figured out.!?

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. The store is labeled as 24hrs but if you order on the app it says they are not open, despite the store still being labeled as 24hrs in the app. If you manage to actually order from this place online it takes a stupid amount of time to get cold, disgusting food. And if you don’t order online and manage to get someone to actually show up at the drive through, it is the same story of cold disgusting food, IF they even have what you ordered. I avoid this McDonald’s location at all cost and you should too.
