Paid for a bacon and cheese quarter pounder. When I first ordered I also wanted a shamrock shake and was told the machine was still being put in for them to make the shake. (Same thing I was told 2 weeks ago). When I got to the window I waited maybe a good 20 minutes before getting my food even with no one infront of me. When I got home I went to open my burger to see it and came with 1 piece of bacon, the patty with cheese was barely on the bun and just thrown in the box. I’m so tired of these corporate companies not giving any care to their employees or their customers. If google would let me make this a half star review I would. Look at the photo and tell me you would eat that.

This McDonalds is great! The workers were polite. The food came out fresh. They brought our food out to out table and the bathrooms are clean! Not sure why this one has 3 stars. It’s really nice! Thank you!

While my boyfriend was waiting for his order at this McDonald’s location, a female McDonald’s employee began flirting with him. After he clearly stated that he was in a relationship, the employee continued to make unwanted comments and harass him while he waited for his food.
This behavior made him very uncomfortable and was completely unprofessional. Employees should maintain appropriate conduct with customers at all times, and this situation crossed clear boundaries. Customers should feel safe and respected while visiting McDonald’s, and this experience did not meet that expectation.
I am submitting this complaint so the matter can be addressed and similar situations can be prevented in the future.

Just went through the McDonald’s drive through. Normally my food is good. This is the second time I’ve ordered the same thing. In the last two weeks, 10 piece chicken mcnugget, fries and drinks. Nuggets are cold fries are cold. I asked for a Diet Coke. Got a regular Diet Coke. I don’t know what’s going on. Normally a good place, good food, but it’s going down

I seldom visit mcds. We’ve been here 6 times. This location has it going on! The food is consistently cooked right, comes out blazing hot, yay! And they have not messed up an order yet. The staff is friendly and fast. Keep it up. We drive 25 minutes for this one, passing atleast 5 others that consistently overcharge and mess it up. Good job!

Went back into the drive thru because I only received 1 hash brown when I ordered 2 meals. Instead of simply apologizing and correcting the issue, the woman in the window @7:40 am tried to argue with me saying she didn’t forget anything and I “got what I paid for”. Meanwhile I’m looking at my receipt with two hash browns that I paid for….I have better things to do than lie to get free hash browns… She was very rude and had an attitude

I was very disappointed in this McDonald’s service tonight, I frequent this store regularly and tonight they were out of all soft drinks! The only options were tea or another drink with an upcharge. But the drink you’re forced to pay the upcharge for is half the size your soft drink would be! Why would I pay an upcharge for a smaller drink?? Mind you a regular lemonade, not a frozen drink or frappe. Then to top it off the fries were old…I really hope this was a one time thing with whatever crew was there tonight, needless to say I left very dissatisfied. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised the sandwich was also sloppy with my bun looking like someone took a bite out of it! Wish I could post a pic but don’t see that option.
