It’s october twenty eighth, and I went to mcdonald’s and bought four large meals. Two large fillet of fish meals, two big mac meals. Not one of the items had a monopoly game piece on it. I asked the gentleman and he said all they had was ten piece.Nugget boxes. He wasn’t even aware that the other things came with the game pieces. Let’s be honest.The food sucks.And I did not go for the food but now i’m out forty dollars.And i’ve got no monopoly pieces. Not even one. I understand that people run out. However, it would appear that this location never had the cups.Because i’ve ordered from them multiple times and never gotten a monopoly piece on the cup or the hash browns, and now it appears they’re out of everything.And the game is halfway through running.
Oh, I just got home and one of those fillet of fish was actually a double fillet of fish.Which I did not order. I don’t feel like they blessed me.I feel like they gave me old food. I would just rather get what I ordered.

You’ve already wasted my time once and then I spent more time online commenting.And now you want me to spend more time. Listen, there are people that complain cuz.They want to continue doing business.And that’s why they complain… that’s not what this is. I simply want what happened to be made aware so that others wont dwal with the same issue. I’m not looking for this to be reconciled on my behalf.

Tbh haven’t had McDonald’s for awhile. My first time at this location and by far the best all round, even as busy as it was at 11:45pm. And, it was busy, waited in drive thru for 20mins. But, the service was nice and polite. Like they enjoy or value their job. The food was hot, very presentable and delicious. Haven’t had any of that in such a long time, probably why I quit going. Will most definitely visit this location again!

If they tell you to pull to the second window, you might as well just get out and go inside the store. I came to order the new big arch because why not it’s a new meal instead I was told to pull to the second window and waited 40 ish minutes before I decided just to go inside. I won’t add anyone’s names, especially because I know the girl who messed this all up, but the girl who went to Ridgeview you know exactly who I’m talking about just pay more attention please! Didn’t get my food until 8:30 ish

Came to mcdonald’s this morning to get breakfast. Not even thinking to look in my drink before i got to work when i got inside &&’ notice i drunk half of it with gnats in it. I almost honestly throw up, also called several times before leaving this review but the line is “too busy” or more like off the hook . i will be coming in the morning for a FREE MEAL NO DRINK

Today 10/5/2025 (@4:30 to 5pm there about) was terrible!! The team that worked today could have done better. The place was dirty. They gave medium cups and knew the lids were out. If I didn’t ask they would not have said anything. Then to make it worse, no one suggested a solution so people were expected to leave with their medium drinks uncovered. Crazy.
Then to top it off, the Big Macs had NO LETTUCE. Yet again, they didn’t have the decency to share that they were out of lettuce. If you are providing a service for people, the least you could do is actually communicate with people. It takes little energy to do that. Y’all just go to the one on Killian! I promise you the wait time will be less and the staff are more efficient.
I am not here to bash anyone but someone needs to be held accountable for such poor service.

This is the second time either my husband or I have gone to this McDonald’s, and they’re always extremely behind. I understand that some places might be understaffed, but it really seems like there’s no leadership here. The drive-thru line was ridiculous, so my husband went inside to pick up our order — only to find several other people waiting, some for over an hour. We ordered through the app, so we couldn’t even get a refund in-store. My husband waited over an hour and still didn’t get our food. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I went to McDonald’s today and it was pretty solid. I grabbed a McChicken, fries, and a Sprite. The fries were fresh and crispy, the sandwich tasted good, and the service was quick. It’s nothing fancy, but it hit the spot.

Food good but the personal who worked as the HBO could have said thank you or do you need any condiments, she slammed the window talk about service but the women working in what McDonald’s call the hole at 1st window was polite. Some people especially now days don’t even understand what customer service is about no job is that hard.

20 minutes to be told they only had one sandwich left- worker brought sandwich out to show us, and they didn’t even offer a refund and we had to demand it. she then went to back of house and we waited another 25 minutes and nothing- took a ridiculous amount of time to actually catch the ‘managers’ attention (if that is what you can even call him) and we refunded both meals. Worst service I have ever received- rude, unaware and unhelpful. The red head was even worse and kept giving everyone dirty looks. Not only that but she had the sandwich and yet took another 15 minutes to just get fries while still walking back and forth form the fries station and around the kitchen,while the whole time giving us dirty looks and attitude when we asked for a refund as if it isn’t common sense.
