If you’re going to have a promo item at least make it right. I ordered the new Bug Arch Sandwich. I received the meat that they use for the mcdouble and not the quarter pounder. They also added an extra pice of bread like it was a regular big mac. It also only had 1 piece of cheese even though it comes with more and I added extra. No fried onions. Just a complete mess.

Lady at drive thru was very rude and unprofessional. Speaking to me while the window was closed. Didn’t greet me didn’t say have a good night. Just attitude. Said the frappe machine was down and has been down for months like we were supposed to know not to order it on the app??? Black hair, glasses, black nike zip up. Customer service needs to be better!!!!!!! Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my house but I will not be back.

Today I had a taste for a Big Mac! Why I don’t know. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at any McDonald’s. Customer service was lackluster, and now comes my Big Mac. It was dry, dry, dry and there was a very small amount of Mac sauce. I had to purchase more. At least my tea and fries were good

The issue at this location is not occasional mistakes — it’s consistency. Nearly 1 out of every 3 visits, something goes wrong. Waiting 30 minutes for a coffee and still not receiving it, being argued with about ingredients, and hearing dismissive comments from staff is not acceptable customer service. I left without the coffee I paid for in the app. This is at least the 3rd-4th time.

I contacted corporate hoping the larger issue would be addressed, but the response missed the point entirely. This location needs better training and accountability.

Don’t understand why they even have hours. Just say “whenever we feel like it”.. I work nights, in food, and have never been able to get food from here. It’s amazing the manager still has a job. You can wait in line for 20-30 minutes for them to say they are only taking doordash or Uber. It’s absurd to be able to open and close whenever you want. At least serve the people that were waiting and stop new orders.

Went to go get my normal frappe Took forever in the drive through. They were out of caramel and the frappe machine was down so they say third time ive heard that at this store. I use to work mcdonalds and evrey morning the frappe machine may of been messed up at 5 but by the time people were coming to get their coffee we fixed it ASAP.

I hate if I misspell but Deidre, if that’s spelled correctly (if not may she still get her kudos, she looked worried when I asked for her name), was exceptional in her customer service and execution in making sure her customers were tended to and promptly. She was fast and efficient and very friendly and courteous. Even though it was the hustle and bustle of dinner time she made every step to make sure everybody was attended to that came in to pick up orders, or whoever came to the counter. Thank you for your great customer service.

It seems like every time I go here, which is not that often, I always have a problem with my order. It’s little silly simple mistakes that they would’ve caught if they weren’t on their phones, or staring into space with their mouths open, day dreaming. I clearly place an order, have it repeated back to me, it’s correct on the receipt, but somehow its wrong when I get it. Clearly this lets me know that somebody can’t read. If you know you are managing people that can’t read, then you should double check to make sure orders are correct when bagging. On the contrary here comes the manager and her wig, digging her hands in the bag with her long disgusting fingernails asking..”what did you order?”….Nobody wants someone with 10 inch nails sticking their hands inside their bag, with their fries exposed. That’s real germ-y! I give this place and the remedial workers a zero. No matter how last minute, just skip this place.
