I visited this McDonalds on July 2nd, 2025. It was clean, quiet and had comfortable seating. The interior design is modern decor. The staff were friendly with all of the customers while I was there (dine-in). Compared to other McDonalds in nearby cities (and around the southeast) this would be a great place for a traveling family to stop in, get something to eat, stretch, use the restroom, etc with a sense of being in a safe environment. I saw no solicitors like I always see at the one in the city of Georgetown. There’s a gas station next door if you need to top off the tank.

Had to come and try their new Double Big Mac meal while it lasted. I asked for extra sauce. The sandwich was delicious, and the fries were hot. I was very pleased with my order.

I ordered through the drive thru, and the gentleman taking my order was very respectful. “I’m Loving It”

Ordered online for mobile pickup waited 27 minutes an no thy were not busy.. finally had to go in to get my food an had to wait another 10 minutes while the staff was being loud with eachother playing around instead of doing there dang job. Had to go back in twice because they left out two burgers and french fries. Worse experience an got home our big Mack’s didn’t have any sauce on them an I got 16 nuggets instead 20…

I ordered 30 minutes before breakfast ended. I get there to pick it up in drive-thru, line not moving and cars leaving. So I get out of drive-thru and go in to get my pre-ordered meal for my 10 yo daughter who is with me. We go in and they refuse to give me my order stating I have to go back to the drive-thru. Then they say they canceled my order because breakfast is over. But I ordered 30 minutes ago!!! Then, it turns out after I left that they DIDN’T cancel my order. I keep trying to press “cancel order” in the app but the app says I can’t because the order is being prepared. So I paid for a meal I didn’t receive.
DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION AT 7501 GARNERS FERRY. ITS THE 3RD TIME I HAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT MY ORDER!! I finally learned my lesson. Save yourself the headache.

Multiple visits for door dash. There’s always a line of people and never anyone manning the counter. If you want “fast” food, this is not the place to get it. Expect at least a 10 minute wait

I Order two 10 peace and a 6 peace nugget with a cheeseburger meal and a hamburger and got everything but my hamburger I ask the man at window was everytime inside my bag before I pull off and he replayed yes back too me and get home too not have my son’s hamburger kinda aggregating because I stay atleast 15 or 20 minutes away and coming back for a single burger is kinda not worth it I have called 3 times and there phone goes too the voicemail so cant notify them of their mistake only post something one here even doe it’s a waist of my time again

The manager “E” at the Garners Ferry location was extremely rude. My order was messed up and she didn’t seem to care at all. I explained my order was wrong and basically nothing happened. This is ridiculous. I don’t see myself coming back to this location unless the management is charged.

Its just McDonald’s nothing special happened on THIS VISIT Thank Goodness!!! The best way to have a good visit at ANY McDonald’s is to just Go in there and keep your head down. Dont do ANYTHING CRAZY like ASK for any service that may be confused as EXTRA by an employee. IF YOU DIDNT GET NAPKINS THEN ITS JUST A HAND TO MOUTH DAY FOR YOU THATS ALL!!! DINT YOU DARE TRY AND GO BACK TO MAKE A REQUEST FOR THOSE NAPKINS ESPECIALLY IF THEY STILL HAVE YOUR FOOD BEHIND THAT COUNTER. This is my THIRD time at this location and they did my order wrong AGAIN! I customized all my burgers to have EXTRA ONIONS and they literally put none on them and wrapped them with the burger papas that literally says XTRA ONIONS. So idk if these people can’t read or just purposely slacking. Anyways I want a refund and already contacted corporate because this shit is ridiculous. Not to mention I didn’t check my food before leaving this time because they gave someone else my food so they had to remake my food. So for their negligence it was an inconvenience for me because I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. So I assumed that since my food would be fresh and because they had to remake and VERIFIED my order by two people, that they would get it right Ned boy was I mistaken. Do better
