Waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes even though it was one car in lane one and two in lane 2 including myself. No one came to the speaker until 10 minutes in. I order the toughest chicken sandwich ever and the fries were so salty it will give you high blood pressure. I think I am done with this location…

Went to this location today,.Nov 3 2025 around 6pm. Went thru drive thru was told to pull up to wait for my frappe. Waited awhile so I gone side to see what’s taking so long, the manager keshawn was very on point with his staff, and made sure I was satisfied. And explained why the wait was longer than expected and that I should have been informed that they were working on switching out the mocha. Kiddos to him, this store has ran it’s course of managers and he’s one that would make me want to come back.

I have been to this McDonald’s many times and NOT ONCE has an order been correct. When I ask the staff to remake or refund my order, they always have severe attitude and act like it’s my fault that they cannot get a simple order correct. Today, after calling and asking for a refund because I am tired of driving in circles for this poor customer experience and repeated incorrect orders, Travis hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and he hung up on me again. I don’t understand how this McDonald’s stays in business with how often they screw up and how rude they are to everyone.

I stopped because I was having heart burn I had my own cup from another McDonald’s location just wanted some water the lady in the lobby wearing a great shirt stopped me with a rude tone told me I could not use my cup that was a McDonald’s cup I had to get one of there small cups. Her demeanor was not friendly or welcoming.I chose to throw the cup away and just go by a bottle of water from a store.Then, rather deal with attitude.And I was about to spend money. This mcdonald’s is always getting complaints.When is upper management?Gonna do something about it

Hands down 1 of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while. Forgot my kids happy meal which I had to wait 10 minutes at the counter for then realize they also forgot straws, another 5+ mins of waiting for help. They also charge you per each sauce (none for free), never seen this done before. It really seems like everyone here really doesn’t like to work, fix your establishment.

This McDonald’s should be SHUT DOWN!!! My husband and I came here after work on 11/30/2021 to get something quick to eat. He ordered the Mcrib and as you can see it was poorly made, no bbq sauce, patty cold and the fries were cold and nasty as well. We did not check our order before leaving the window, instead we pulled up and checked the food and realize it was wrong. Got back in line and got to the window and the rude employee stated we’re closed and we can’t refund you. I then request to speak with the manager. She yelled for the manager Freda then stated these rude customers was at the window. The wannabe manager Freda then stated she was not going to refund us nor remake the burger and we could return in the morning for her to remake the order. WORST MANAGER & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

UPDATE….We returned the following day and the manager was not there the entire day, therefore she lied! She wasn’t scheduled to be there that day.

Showed up at McDonald’s at 11:35 in the drive-through to order two big Mac meals. The lady didn’t come to the left side of the drive-through. She kept going to the right side the outer drive-through lane order four people ordered over there as I was sitting at the speaker waiting and saying hello then she proceeded to tell me they’re only serving fried products at this time and she just served a big Mac to the other customer because she was bringing it up on my side so when we close at 1 AM when did we stop serving big Mac at 11:40 PM I’m confused so again this is my second one tonight Columbia, South Carolina you McDonald’s people suck.

Extremely poor quality food and they left out multiple ingredients that were supposed to be in my burger. Fries were stale during RUSH HOUR, not seasoned at all. We will never go back again.

We frequent this McDonalds often only out of the convenience of the location.

There’s one lady that is fantastic with orders and I hope shes there every time I go, but this most recent experience was so frustrating. I sat in the drive through line and was quickly acknowledged which was fantastic, but after I ordered my first item, the girl started yelling and said “hold on ma’am” and I needed to repeat my second item 3x for her to still mess it up and charge me extra for ranch instead of using that as my sauce for my nuggets. I can deal with the occasional order mess up after receiving it, but to charge me extra just to mess up my order is not right. ☹️
