When it comes to southern hospitality- this is NOT it! They barely had anything on the menu- no water , no nuggets and we waited 5 minutes or more before they erased our order and we had to inside to order. This is what the drink station looked like. We had to ask for a cup and they didn’t even get our order correct. We paid for two apple slices and only got one.

So I found a game piece in my cheesburger and brought it in. No apology she just took the bag and remade the food. I said I wanted the cheeseburger she served me and said she wasn’t going to get it out of the trash. Also they had the cops issue a no trespassing notice by the police. Will be going to corporate to see what they have to say. Thank God they have video.

They did not have any sausage, hot cakes, orange juice, apple juice and who know what else they were missing. A simple order of coffee took them nearly 20 mins. Service was horrible. Lady/girl taking the orders was rude and the rest of the staff was not any better. Better options available, I’m sure it will be a better experience almost anywhere!

Im waiting in the lobby with other customers the cashier is really rude. We came to order food during business hours which clearly a problem. She was disrespectful to the elders. told them “to wait sweetheart, one thing at a time. They were the only customers placing an order. Everyone else is just waiting patiently while she is making a scene. Not a good look as the representative for the company. Maybe she needs to be in the back and not in the front handling customers. That’s an incident waiting to happen if someone doesn’t want to tolerate her actions when spending money

I ordered at the kiosk (I did not have receipt bc it was not provided). I ordered a mccrispy meal (fries no salt) and medium caramel frappe. I received no receipt, a 10 piece nugget meal, with fries (covered in salt) and a frosted Coke because “they didn’t have any frappes”. I received these items as a result of them losing my order (they said they didn’t have that order in the back). It’s simply disappointing because I have an ENTIRE meal that I didn’t order and no way of (outside of the form I submitted to corporate) getting any kind of resolve.
I gave a 2 for atmosphere because the women’s restroom was clean.

I made a huge mistake stopping at this McDonald’s! I have never been to this location before and never will come back! Absolutely no class! It wasn’t the cleanest McDonald’s that I’ve been to and the way the employees carried themselves is a whole different topic of concern! Not having my EXACT change that was owed to me after paying for my order was the least of my reasoning for asking for a refund! One of the male employees didn’t even comprehend why I was unsatisfied as a customer. It’s sad!

I feel like we were profiled. People in there working and looked at us and turned around and kept chatting and moving napkins around. No one came to take our order so we left. I wouldn’t have felt like my food was safe if we had been served.

Having a bad day, got lost, hungry, having to use the restroom, turned around. Managed to get to the ta next door. All of ta food is closed. Restrooms closed. I go to the mcdonalds, inside closed, drive through only. I can’t bring in my truck but they were so gracious to let me in and order and use the restroom. I don’t know if it was the desperation, events leading to it, or just good cooking, but best burger ive had from mcdonalds in a while

I stopped here on my way to Myrtle Beach, SC for vacation. We stopped to feed the baby and eat so tried doing a mobile order while my wife fed him. Mobile orders were unavailable. Pulled into the drive thru and many of the things we tried to order was unavailable. To give you an idea there were 3 drink options and 1 was bottled water lol. Got up to the window and asked for ketchup but unfortunately they were out of that and most other sauces as well. They had us pull up to the end of the building for our order. As soon as I parked I looked in the window and there were 2 female employees literally twerking in the lobby. They were messing with their phone so I believe they were making videos. There was also a male employee conversing with them in the lobby. They then began chasing each other around the lobby while there were customers inside. It took 20-25 minutes to get our order and they continued playing the entire time.

This place is a joke, as a semi truck driver i just wanted some fast food, I stopped by at 3:59p.m to dine in and it was closed….McDonalds do better there’s no reason why all employees should be focusing on the drive thru and the dining area shouldn’t be closed that early, at least honor the hours at stated at the door..I can just imagine the kind of ppl working at this location, perhaps everyone should be fired see if that boosts their morale and actually work
