I ordered 2 things. One of them was a 10pc chicken nugget meal with fries and a drink. Unfortunately i didnt check while I was at the store but when I got home and opened the box, I had a little surprise. No clue how this mistake could have been made but I got syrup buns instead of chicken nuggets. I was annoyed but didnt mind calling back and getting it remade. When I called back, they answered and hung up immediately. Like they were rejecting my call. This happened 4 times so now I just want a refund. Hopefully the GM sees this. If the GM sees this please contact me. My order was under the name andersen and was number 819. Pretty disappointed.

First time I have been to a McDonalds in years for something other than breakfast. And I will not be back to the one on Gervais St. Ordered 3 quarter pounders that were thrown into the bag, one was even on it’s side in the bag. Two did not have pickles on them. One didnt have the onion on the hamburger, it was underneath the hamburger laying on the actual box. And to top it all off, 2 of the burgers were raw, not just a little pink, but raw. The best thing about it was the fries, but thats the way it usually goes with McDonalds.

This place is an absolute joke. My first time visiting was 2 years ago and I was informed they had NO ranch and NO Hi-C fruit punch. I have since visited 4-5 times in the last year and have been informed of the same thing. Do the shipping trucks skip this location?? This is so inconvenient and if you’re going to be out of the same things each time I come just take them off the menu at this point.

Best one i used to go as a kid between 08ish to 2010 then moved to irmo for school i came back around 2018 for a last time go and it surprisingly held up well the fries were hot as usual and i could go take my little siblings to edventure and stuff even like the mueseum. Man time does fly.
Everything but time was well and even then id get my meal in like 5 to 10 minutes. Also if ryan t sees this for a top rated mcdonalds hi ryan. 🙂 by the way google doesnt say it but drive through is what wed use either that or wait to go in and get it. Pluse i ate here multiple times as a cola city baby born and raised so i had breakfeast lunch and dinner.

I have given this place more chances than I normally would, four separate visits to be exact, and each time I have ended up walking out without being served. What is most frustrating is that it is not because they are busy or overwhelmed. The employees are physically present but show no interest in working. They do not greet you, do not acknowledge you, and do not make any effort to approach or take your order. You are left sitting there being stared at like you are invisible. Each time, I tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but the complete lack of initiative or customer service is unacceptable. There is no sense of urgency, professionalism, or even basic courtesy. It genuinely feels like no one wants to be there or do their job. After walking out four times without ever receiving food or service, I am done. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or expects even minimal customer service. It is disappointing and frustrating to see a business run this way, especially when the problems are so consistent and avoidable. From the reviews I have seen, i am clearly not the only one who feels this way. There needs to be a change.

When I say I’m HOT as fish grease … paid for 6 Double Cheeseburgers, 3 Small Fries, and literally got 6 Cheeseburgers with double slices of cheese. What happened to the other 6 patties? Can’t make this stuff up. I should’ve known better than to stop at McDonald’s …never again. Y’all don’t waste your time or money …ended up at Cookout, and that mine was well spent.

Quite literally the worst location ever. I ordered $23 worth of McDonald’s for me and my friends. It was a Saturday night at 12 am and it was pretty packed so I gave them grace. Nonetheless, I persisted to wait in line for an hour. When I pulled up to the speaker, I gave her the code for my MOBILE ORDER. She proceeds to tell me she doesn’t see my name or order number when the receipt is quite literally in my hand… Uh ok. She makes me pull up to the number 1 and 5 minutes later she comes out and hands me 6 nuggets, a basket of fries and 3 smushed cookies. Mind you, I had ordered 15 nuggets, 4 burgers, 4 small fries, and 4 small drinks. This level of customer service and unprofessionalism is beyond me. Please hire some competent people or at least those who can read coherently… Smh.

I don’t even know where to begin with this McDonald’s, but “rude” doesn’t come close. The workers acted like taking our order was some kind of personal insult. We walked in being nothing but kind and respectful, and they treated us like we were inconveniencing them just by existing.
Not only did they mess up the order—like, COMPLETELY butchered it—they also took forever. We waited so long I genuinely thought they were out back farming the potatoes from scratch. And when we politely asked for the missing items, they acted annoyed and snapped at us like we were the problem.
The attitude was insane. We didn’t raise our voices, didn’t complain, didn’t do a damn thing except try to get the food we paid for, and they were mean, dismissive, and honestly just unhinged.
If you’re looking for good service, accuracy, or even basic human decency, this location is not the place. Absolutely diabolical experience from start to finish.

This McDonald’s seriously needs to get it together. The cheese on my burger was hard and old completely unacceptable. They forgot my nuggets, and the staff couldn’t even bother to say hello or thank you. The attitude was rude and unprofessional from start to finish. If you can’t serve fresh food or show basic manners, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. After reading all the other reviews I would not trust eating food handled by this McDonald’s. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until this location fixes its quality and attitude problems.
