Customer service here is decent. The Big Mac I had was dry. Since McDonald’s is known for the Big Mac, I expected more. Fresh were HOT and fresh. 1:30pm on a Tuesday was not the busiest, so the buger should have been fresh.

To worried about the drive through. Had few customers on the inside and waited 45 minutes for a 4a combo large fries and sweet tea that turned into a cheeseburger small fry with dish rag tea. Definitely not worth it

Too slow and drive thru! I usually only get Egg McMuffins and hash browns. Occasionally on Fridays I’ll get a double fish fillet with no cheese. I hate what I call fake cheese (processed American cheese is not real cheese!)!

I doubt whoever owns this place will look at this but hire people that want to work or change your hours. Pulled up 15 minutes before posted closing, lights are still on with the drive thru open, and the lazy employee says they’re closed. I stated it says you’re open until 11 and the smart *** says we are closed now. The funny thing is all I wanted was an ice coffee, didn’t even want any food. I understand most of these low end fast food places are getting bottom of the barrel applicants and have to make do with the garbage they have, but at a bare minimum reinforce to them the hours of operations.

I really hate complaining, especially in public, but as someone who eats breakfast on the go alot, this was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. The breakfast burritos tasted like they were leftover from yesterday, the iced coffee was scorched, and the guy at the drive thru acted like I was inconveniencing him. Please do better, because I still believe McDonald’s is great.
