We waited 59 minutes for our food. Our whole order was wrong except for the big breakfast. They attempted to correct everything and got that all wrong too. Didn’t want to wait any longer for them to attempt to correct everything again. So I just grabbed what they gave me and left. The food I received was cold and not even slightly warm. Don’t waste your time going to this one.

Very busy and the service was voodoo slow. I door dash and my order was supposedly ready 35 minutes before I received it. Along with rude employees that rolled their eyes and sucked their teeth when asked about my order. That’s if they stopped to listen at all. Then the order I received In a secured bad with tape on it was not correct at all. Need more people to work the rush hours for a more pleasant experience.

Wow what happened to McDonalds? I paid $10.24 for a number 7 combo. Burgers were COLD, DRY, No pickle, a few diced onions, no Ketchup, stale buns, the fries were rock hard and cold and the Coca-Cola tasted watered down. We asked for Mayonnaise and Mustard and they were out! I have been satisfied with McDonald’s food for over 35 years and now they have become a joke! Price is not issue, even though it is very high for two small burgers and a fry but at least make the food DECENT enough to eat! That money is gone and the dog ate it but even he would not touch the fries! They should be ashamed of themselves at this location and the Franchiser Owner needs to make it right for the customers! Sad and Pathetic!

Mobile order, you’re not supposed to be able to order things on the mobile app if it’s unavailable however that’s not the case here because they don’t market unavailable I ordered a frappe with my meal was informed when I got to the window that I could not get it they gave me a coke instead it was more than $2 difference and I was not issued my refund I’m extremely unsatisfied I work too hard for my little dollars for them to keep them that multi-million dollar company does not need to keep my $2 for the product I did not get

Milkshake and frappe machine is “down” in the middle day. Rarely can get a specialty drink. Pretty sure the staff just didn’t want to make it.

I went to get a milkshake today and ordered the chocolate shake and got home took a sip of it and it was extremely sour. Something red was in the bottom of the shake. I’m turning this in to SCDHEC and reporting this to BBB. This location needs to be shut down immediately. I will also be suing McDonalds this location and will request video footage to see what was put into the shake.

Nobody answered drive through with both lanes occupied for over 5 minutes so I go inside with my code and there is a girl standing on her phone leaning against the counter as I call for help multiple times. I finally had to walk back there before she got off her phone and addressed my order. 5:15 pm on 12/11/25
