I and a friend girl went thru the drive thru. It was quick and easy. I ordered an egg no cheese McGriddle and she ordered a sausage, egg, no cheese McGriddle. Both were good, but it was hard to wash the scent of “maple” from my hands after handling the sandwich! The smell became nauseating. If there be a next time, I’ll order the egg biscuit!

My mom wanted no bun, but they ONLY gave her fish. No cheese, no tartar sauce, no mayonnaise. Manager called us liars when we said we didn’t get all our food + drinks.

I’ve been here several times since living in Sumter and they always drop the ball whether it’s forgetting a whole meal or just poor service. Honestly it’s always something with them and some of the staff are rude. I typically don’t get frustrated with poor service but when my foods missing it’s a different story.

This McDonald’s is the worst all you here is the managers yelling at there working telling them to hurry up I feel bad for them. I also wanna share that there is a guy in the front counter he is really friendly and kind to the customers. After he is done taking orders sometimes he being told to pick food for front counter and even for doordash also they make him take out the park cars and I feel that that is too much work for him. They tell him to hurry up even he he as like 5 orders on his screen or on the door dash screen I truly feel bad for him.

Lesson learned!! Don’t place a mobile order until you see how the line is moving and don’t go late at night or you will be waiting for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru and no one will answer.

Store has a funky smell when you walk in which suggests it’s not being kept clean. Customer service is poor just a bunch of young people standing around giving attitude as if they’re not being paid to do a job. My burger tasted nasty and I had ordered a chicken nugget kids meal and the nuggets and were hard.

Used to be great, now terrible. Just got soggy, cold, slimy fries and a pink Quarter Pounder with a side of terrible service and attitude. Don’t bother. Look at the picture. Pure slop. Terrible. I feel ripped off. Will not go back to this one.

This is the McDonald’s you go to if you want people who don’t pay attention to your order to serve you. There is a leadership and standards problem from management on up. 55% of those served get their orders wrong. I see people constantly pulling up and into McDonald’s to get their order corrected. This is NOT an employee problem. This is a LEADERSHIP problem. And it should start with the Branch Manager!
In the pictures I got a hash brown glued to the paper and a sandwich with NO EGG. This is NORMAL for this McDonald’s location.
