Oof! I guess it’s a good thing we like our burgers pink in the middle!
Poor gal doing curbside seemed very poorly trained. Had no idea where her customers were and then forgot half my order when she came to me the third time and finally had the right person. She was sweet but just clueless.

It’s pathetic when you can’t even get a fully cooked burger on a clamshell grill that literally has a timer to ensure it’s fully cooked and not still cold in the middle. I live 20 minutes away and picked it up on the way home so there’s no point in burning fuel to going back up there to deal with the rude staff. Great job at failing at the easiest job in the world.

9:27am today, made an online order, proceeded to pick up order after purchase and was told that order was not there, someone else must have gave it away. Instead of apologizing and remaking my order they proceeded onward and left me standing at the counter. Unprofessional and unacceptable!

I’ll be honest, I’ve been to many McDonalds. This place after a few visits has impressed me with drive-thru and food. They are quick, nice every time at the windows and their fries are always HOT! ABSOLUTELY love that! The food wasn’t sloppy and thrown together like most McDonald’s I’ve gone to. Hopefully each visit will stay this way.

I don’t normally review McDonald’s as they are all pretty average, in my opinion but this particular location blew me away with the service. We are there on a Friday at noon, they were very busy and all the employees were working hard. I had a request and expected to be told it couldn’t be done. But I felt two of the employees bent over backwards for me. The dining room was clean, the staff was all friendly. I felt like it was one of the best McDonald’s I have been to in many years. I will definitely be back.

I ordered 2 of the Grinch meals I nuggets and one big Mac got home and there wasn’t any socks in the nugget meal. I called they said to come back up and they would give me what was missing tried to tell them I couldn’t go back up if I could just leave my name and I could pick up later but they just hung up on me

I always go to this McDonalds but today this will change went to order a small snack a large fry and a sweet tea when I dig in the bag to grab a fry and taste it was disappointing taste like pretzels from how salty it was and left a very nasty taste in my mouth the sweet tastes like soap
