Terrible experience! Yeah weather was wet and cold. Having the dining room closed. Cool. But to utilize drive thru and not make sure everything is correct in the bag. I have to get out of the car to bang on the door. For a poor young man to help me out getting the missing food from my order. He then gets yelled at by the manager because she don’t wanna help me-whoever she was she was on duty at 8:30pm. Ridiculous! Then when I get my food. Get home. And BOTH of my quarters are raw!! Yall don’t cook your burger meat !????? Tryna make people sick too. That’s wild. I want corporates number!!

I accidentally placed a mobile order with this location, rather than the one closer to work. I realized it too late. That is my fault. But, I spent over an hour trying to call them to cancel the order, and NO ONE answered the phone. I have had zero issues with the food, but no one takes responsibility to answer the phone, unless their number is listed incorrectly.

The food’s pretty good, sometimes. If you get all the food that you ordered and paid for, you’re lucky. I was missing a burger out of my order tonight. It seems like your order is always missing something. I actually got my sweet and sour sauce tonight though. Usually, I get 40 nuggets with no sweet and sour sauce but not tonight! Woohoo

Good luck getting anything extra added to your iced coffee… they will charge you almost double then not add it. I’ve also gotten a dirty lid and coffee grounds which I will attach the photos. The caramel that was added in the photos with all the coffee grounds cost over $3.
