Had fries here, the fries were really good. Monday 1/5/26 my partner said it was slammed here. Everything came out fresh. Tuesday 1/6/26 at 6:20am had 2 sausage mcgriddles & a hash brown. It hit the spot. The quality of the sausage not so great, I got a couple hard fatty peices in there. Both mcgriddles had hard fatty knots inside them .

As I waited for my food order to be made, I witnessed several customers (4 minimum), held hostage in line at the register whilst none of the 7 staff who were congregated at the food baggage area attempted to take food orders. Then once a customer who was in line, inquired about the long wait for their orders to be taken, one of the staff rudely said “that’s not my job” and another said “we’re backed up, we can’t take any orders right now, hold up and give us a minute.” Now, I understand that the quality of customer servicing expected here at McDonalds is NOT on par with say a Chick-Fil-A, however this experience was a low one, even for McDonalds. Whomever was the manager or shift leader on duty, needs to be reprimanded and coached up on holding not only themselves but their crew accountable. This was unacceptable. Plus the lobby was not clean to say that there were 7 people talking over food orders as if it were a complex operation. Again, Unacceptable.

Awful. Buns were not fresh, nor were the burgers. When I asked to have my sandwich remade, I got a snarky look from the manager. Maybe make sure your meats and buns are fresh. You are supposed to drop the buns in the toaster as orders are made. When I got my sandwich, the bread was still stale. I asked for just fresh buns and she stated they be as fresh as they come. Lie. Took my sandwich back and said don’t worry about it. The 2 pieces in the pic were hard as a rock. Never again.

2 signature sandwiches took more than 15 minutes, watched them put fries in bag right away then proceed to check the bag 14 times, when finally asked for refund since several orders after me had come and gone it was ready and fries were cold and tasted bad. What a joke ordered bigmac and quarter pounder, photos of what I got.

Please please watch these people when you’re in here. I ordered the buy one, add one for a dollar on a sausage McMuffin and a hash brown and the girl tried to charge me for sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin meal. I told her I didn’t want that and she got an attitude before correcting it. I also didn’t realize until I was out of the building that instead of charging me for a medium sweet tea she charged me for a large coffee. It’s only like .40 or $0.50 different but imagine if they get 15 or 20 people like that every morning.

I order 2 happy meals with Zootopia toys and the machine did not say out of stock. I receive Elio toys and came back to change them. They make me wait 5 minutes that necame 15 and never got the zootopia toys. No apologize and very bad service. I had to leave because I was on a trip with my kids dissapointed because they did not get their toys

Why do the kiosks not work? 2 people in line (me included as the #2 guest) The order was taken from the person before me then the associates just walks away… pretty messed up. There’s plenty of staff in the back. I can see that much. Now, here’s a thought, if the kiosks worked then there would be no need for an associate to take orders up front or me be ignored… I dont know why McDonalds even allows reviews, this is so typical of a visit no matter where you go. Either horrible face to face service or 2 dou le cheeseburgers and a 10 piece nugget takes 1 hour. But thats what you get at McDonalds cheap food thats affordable with horrible service and a dirty dine in area.

The Employees just seem to have a bad attitude. The food tastes horrible. Definitely won’t eat there unless it’s breakfast. But even then I was told you don’t have sausage gravy with biscuits!? The guy acted like he had no idea what I was even asking for.

For how busy it was, got my food fast but it wasn’t good at all… Cheese wasn’t melted, burgers were cold…. Worst double cheeseburger I had in awhile. Food should be hot n fresh!!!
