Walked in at 2pm on a Sunday and it took 30 minutes before I got my half missing order. No fries, missing burger, incorrect drinks. And it’s not crowded, there is no one in the drive through and I was one of three groups inside. 30 minutes of standing just to get incorrect food and drinks. The one redeeming quality is that the employee apologized and genuinely seemed sorry. 0 stars if possible.

So I stopped here around 11 PM to just get a McChicken. Staff was nice. The young lady handed me my bag, and I have a tendency to look at my food before I pull off. I felt the sandwich being hard they bag and I pulled it out. It’s was horrible. How in the hell do you serve someone something like this? This sandwich had be sitting in the tray for hours. It was hard as a brick, dry, stale. It doesn’t even look edible. Literally everything at McDonald’s takes under 4 minutes to cook. Why are people being served trashed food. Managers and owners need to get more involved in their businesses. If food has not been bought within 30 mins of it being cooked, it needs to be tossed. Simple. But this is no excuse to serve food like this. And then when you ask for your food to be cooked to order, the staff is looking at you crazy. But this is why!

This place is the worst when it comes to customer service, cleanliness AND food availability. They are always out of something, the ice-cream machine is always down, they never give you the correct order and when you try to tell them what’s missing they get an attitude. The restaurant is nasty, never clean… especially behind the counter where they work… Not to mention, when you order at the drive- through, I dont care if there is 1 person or 10 people in line, they will pull you to a parking spot and make you wait 10-20 minutes then come out with half the order or the wrong order, then you have to go inside and tell them about it and deal with their nasty attitudes and STILL wait another 15-20 minutes and pray your order is right this time… They are very nonchalant about their jobs and they could care less what you think… including management…

Conveniently located off the interstate, but every stop here has delayed our travels excessively. Extremely slow and dirty (main dining room and bathrooms). Waited over 30 minutes for food today and was given a cup of light barely colored water for tea.

This was my first time visiting here. I had to wait 5 to 7 mins. for someone to come to the counter. I ordered to dine in a filet-o-fish sandwich, fries and an apple pie. My fish sandwich was slapped together but it was fresh and hot. The fries and apple pie were good. The men’s bathroom was clean.

Orders took longer than normal for a fast food restaurant. The orders were messed up and the sprite and coca colas did not taste well. We were told they were out of regular Coca Cola after asking for a new “coca cola” drink since the drink that was served tasted bad.
