8/25 McDonald’s is a hit or miss especially with customers service.
Today customer service is just poor, but I experience it today at this McDonald’s location on Chestnut St.
I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FOR PICK UP! PLEASE place your order once you get to the establishment because when you arrive your food will Not be ready and you’ll still have to wait, very disappointing and they don’t know how to apologize, they act like it’s your fault, like the customer did something wrong ♀️the customer service I received the last time was unacceptable, people if you work in the public and you don’t want to come into work, Don’t or stay in the back of the business from the public because you make the business look bad and make people not want to come back and go to another establishment where they don’t mind spending their money and it’s welcome.
4/23 It’s McDonald’s always busy. 95% of the time your food is correct, but check your bags. The mobile app is great, if you want a discount, download it.
1st time going to the new McDonald’s on 5/28/18 and my experience was so, so. Customer service wasn’t excellent and that’s the Most important thing to me…I stood back from the cash register waiting to be helped when I walked in, being polite instead of just walking up; waiting for someone to say “may I help you please” but, no…they just looked at me like I was crazy… so when you go in McDonald’s go straight up to the cash register and start ordering instead of being polite and waiting on someone to take your order.
The New McDonald’s is very spacious and nice. They have three computers for the kids to play on which is nice but that will become a problem because the place is mostly, always crowded and all the kids will not get to play on the computers.
McDonald’s is very nice for the adults, but it’s suppose to be for kids; kids are the ones who always want to go to McDonald’s but now there’s really nothing for the kids to do at McDonald’s. When kids do go, they most likely won’t be able too play on the game computers unless they get lucky and it’s not busy.

The service at this location has gotten to be very rude and slow, they won’t help most of the time at a register, causing you to use kiosks but they will not put paper in them for a receipt, then they print off all the slips to clear the screen, then cant find your ticket and accuse you of not ordering. If your going to print and loose the tickets then put some tape in the damn kiosk so the customer can have a receipt of purchase, this location has really gone down hill. Worst I have ever seen it.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Orangeburg. You will wait for your food more than 20 minutes. They always pull you to a park to bring your food out. Items will be missing. They forget to bring your food to you at times and then ask for your receipt to see what you ordered. This place needs new management and people who are going to actually work.

If you order from the mobile app check your bag!!! Twice they gave me apple pies while my order was strawberry cream pies. Plus we waited around 30 for an order..got the food and guess what everything was cold and wrong pies.

They lack the proper supports in team members and managerial staff. One young lady face and tone always displays disgust, now sure at what or who. At times the wait is long at both drive through and dine in despite the patrons awaiting either food or to place an order. It is the closest to my house and I do take the poor customer most times out of laziness/convenience on my part so I’ll continue to and pray they grow in their position.
