The morning crew needs a raise for their work! The sweet old lady at the first window always makes my day with her great attitude! And the older gentleman at the second window how hands me my food is also very chipper and a delight to interact with! I’ve also never had a problem with them giving me exactly what I order and then some! They always provide me with adequate syrup for my hotcakes and salt and pepper! I honestly always look forward to making a stop at this site on my way to work! These people deserve some recognition for their hard work and effort to make a customers day!

Stopped by for a chicken sandwich and lemonade on a Sunday evening a little after 7pm. Tge drive thru only had two cars ahead of me .The wait in line seemed forever! The Mcchicken sandwich tasted hard and old. The lemonade was fair. I now know not to return to this location

i ordered apple pies and the worker disagreed with me that the apple pies had eggs and milk in them and tried to get me to get pumpkin pies when obviously they have dairy in them. I know for certain that the apple pies are dairy free. I took a picture to prove it I was on the website and here it is

Got to window to pay for my order and was told that they only had one apple pie and not the two I ordered. She stated I could wait for them to cook more. I said no one was fine. I paid for my order and drove to the second window. When I looked at my receipt, I had been charged for two. I told the lady there that I had been charged for two. She called to the lady at the first window who came up hollering that she had offered to refund my money. I said no mam you told me I could wait for you to cook more . She proceeds to yell at me say “yeah you’re going to get yours alright”. At this time the manager came to the window with my refund. I told the manager what happened and the manager just said ok. The lady was behind her the whole time smiling and rolling her eyes at me. I even asked the manager for the lady’s name and she refused to give it to me. The whole time the girls is rolling her eyes and making faces at me. Extremely bad service. Not to mention I paid 3.78 for Apple pies and only got 2.99 back. I guess I’m just out the 15.80 for the order food because no way I would eat it now. Stay away from this McDonald’s.

This was the worst experience ever. This has happened 2x in 1 week. Please get friendlier employees. Our order was totally wrong. Sat 15 min for a burger they messed up on. Was questioned at 2nd window because I checked my bag before leaving and it was wrong. Told the girl at window and she wanted to argue that it was correct. While sitting 15 min. my fries were cold. I was gonna go in and complain but felt it a waist of time. If I want mcdonalds again it won’t be from this place. When I got home 40 bucks waisted. None of us ate. It was nasty. All of it. And rude guy at window taking orders as well. Didn’t even have drinks. Soda machine was broke lol. This use to be a good place too eat. Never again.

So first things first when I got here I ordered a 2 chicken sandwiches and some fries with sauce and the food tasted great. Here’s the catch though, I waited 20 minutes for my food and McDonalds is supposed to be fast most of the time and there was food all over the floor here but over all I give this like a 6/10

If I could, i would rate this a zero. This is unacceptable. Found in my child food. Management didn’t care said take it up with Door Dash even though the bag was not tampered with. I would never come here again and I would tell people to stay away from this restaurant.

I went to McDonald’s this morning around 10:45 AM and ordered a 6-piece nugget meal (large) with a sweet tea, along with a cheeseburger—no onions or mustard. At first, everything tasted good. The fries were hot, the burger seemed fresh, and the nuggets were fine.
However, about an hour and a half later, I began to feel extremely sick to my stomach. I had sudden, intense diarrhea, followed by multiple bathroom trips that gave no relief. I was still feeling so uncomfortable that I ended up forcing myself to vomit just to get some kind of relief.
I’m not sure what was wrong with the burger, but something clearly did not agree with my stomach. This experience was not only uncomfortable—it ruined my day. I’ve never reacted this badly to fast food before, and because of this, I will not be returning to that McDonald’s location, and honestly, I don’t plan on eating McDonald’s again at all.
Food safety needs to be taken more seriously. Whatever happened today has completely turned me off from the brand.
