The Big Mac looked like the actual picture, which is so rare! The cashier was so kind and thoughtful with our order. Patiently helped us with a smile. I her name was Shakiya. She even brought our food to us on a cart, which is unheard of for McDonald’s. It was legit Chic Fil A service. It was very clean and the chairs were so cute.
Now some other employees acted like they hate their job. But overall, it was a nice restaurant.

Terrible customer service. The lady was opening a syrup bottle with her mouth behind the drive through window. Got 3 quarter pounder sandwiches, all are undercooked. Ground beef is pick inside. Please report this location to the SCDA for food safety inspection if you have similar experiences.

Wanda needs to get promoted. Came in from out of town and decided to have dine in vs. drive thru. So glad we did. Wanda was funny, kind, warm, and best of all, friendly. Food was good too! It’s people like Wanda that give us faith there is still hope in this world.

We had a great experience at this McDonald’s location. We ordered through the app and our food was ready promptly. The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained and we felt comfortable dining inside. The decor was bright and vibrant. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I will definitely come back to this location when I’m in the area.

What an absolute joke that was. Otw back to work I think oh it’s right next to my job I’ll pop in and get a quick snack… I orders a quarter pounder meal and a plain McDouble. Tell me why I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before I got up and asked hey what’s going on? Another TEN MINUTES and I say hey give me a refund. All while the 7-10 staff argue about giving my food away out the drive through. Yelling at each other not a word said to me.. the only person waiting in the store. Three people came ordered and left in the time I sat there. Like I get it’s McDonald’s but I expect even the smallest amount of effort to care about your job it is so clear they don’t. And even the person who processed my refund I’m assuming was the manager idk bc she barely spoke to me but was sure cussing up a storm about the other I’m assuming manager who just walked out to smoke meanwhile I STILL DONT HAVE FOOD. Half an hour. 30 minutes. No food. Not a big order a super easy order. No food. I worked in kitchens for 13 years from fast food to fine dining I can butcher and cook a full steak loin plus some mashed potatoes on the side in less time. The level of incompetence is astounding

This used to be my favorite location, however for the past 2 weeks they have had no gravy for breakfast. I’m not sure if that’s a manager not ordering it issue.. also the lady at the drive-thru in the morning is so sweet however you can go through there with zero people in line and will have to wait. She will even ask u to hold.. hold for what? I’m the only one here

Still not too good with the upkeep of cleanliness for the location, even though they remodeled the location. Today was a bit of chaos, but the workers handled it okish; their system went down, and they kept the ruckus and discontent of the patrons from going amuck, so that’s a plus. Even though they kept staying in the back and never stayed up front to try and help inform others, there was an issue. The food was, eh, not as best as it could have been or like last time.
The food was fantastic, but the restaurants upkeep wasn’t so good: each table being dirty, broken fountain machine, lack of straws for drinks, trash not taken out, took forever to order for 2 people in front of me, food took an hour to make, restrooms weren’t clean, and the workers barely wanted to interact with you while ordering; ignoring you while you were standing only one in line. Granted, I know it’s a mchdonalds, but dang not so good, also I know there’s the saying resturants not well kept has the best food; which to be honest I can agree with that one for this mchdonalds.

Super rude and awful attitudes as i was bery polite and nice , as well they put the opposite of what i asked for on my order and refused to fix it. Stopped coming for a bit and came back to try again and got the same treatment
