We came though around lunchtime, the staff were attentive and the food came to us within 10 minutes. Everything we ordered was correct and the place was clean, all of which is more than I can say about other McDonald’s locations we have been to recently. They seemed understaffed but they were still moving orders pretty fast.

Come here early in the morning and always the black lady in the window. She always have you sitting at the intercom and not saying anything. When you pull around she has the head set on so why you not saying anything. Get to the window for you to say y’all closed but online and store hours are 24hrs so how are you closed.

I stopped ordering from here and started getting Whataburger. It’s been awhile, so I figured I’d try it. Ordered on the mobile app at 11:30pm. For counter pick up. Get to the restaurant and of course, the doors are locked and the lobby lights are off, and a line 8 cars deep at the drive thru. So now my food will be cold and stale. This is single-handedly the worst McDonald’s on the east coast.

I usually have alright experiences with this McDonalds but they finally met my expectations of every fast food chain with this occurrence of a Doordash delivery. It was 11:30 pm and I guess it upset them so much that we were hungry at night (open 24 hours by the way) that they poured what seemed like a pound of salt all over our fries, assuming they intentionally left out sauces for the nuggets and did not make the burgers right. This picture wasn’t even the worst of it. Completely inedible and i’m pretty sure it was a deliberate attempt at sabotaging our meal. Beware of the late night McDonalds gremlins.

Went through the drive through for a quick bite headed home from the airport. Ordered 6pc nugget happy meal and a 10pc nugget meal. Get our food and there was no sauce. Husband pulled around so I could run inside, there was no counter attendant and after waiting a minute or two I went over and said “excuse me” to the few people bagging orders. No one even looked up, I said it again, nothing, and I finally said “hey, hello”. This was responded too by I am assuming a disgruntled manager with “Step back”. I explained “I just need sauce. We went through the drive through and didn’t get any of our sauce.” Poor customer service and obviously employees don’t properly read the screen when bagging orders. Which from the looks of it included a manager and two other staff.

Nuggets were actually warmer than the Cheeseburger… just slightly warm Nuggets but if you want a COLD Cheeseburger this is the place to GO! Management needs to be fired, and the wholeplace remodeled. This is a TRUCK STOP! Hellooo Wake Up!!

The customer service sucks and they times are incorrect on their app and website. It says 24 hours and I just wanted a sweet tea and the lady gonna open the window and yell at me that they don’t open until 4:30…maybe display a sign saying so instead of pushing false narratives. They need to do better with their guest service skills

One of the worst mcdonalds I’ve been to. The drive through is always so slow. It is right near our home so we do visit it frequently & it never changes. The staff members are never friendly or seem happy, basically miserable everhtime we have been there. And dont even go inside. Its always a mess. Stuff spilled on the floors, dirty tables & the counter area where supplies are is usually a mess and never stocked

I am a door dash driver and this is the 3rd time I’ve drove 10 mins here because this McDonald’s is supposed to be opened 24 hours and there’s a rude lady that yells at you they’re closed 3-430, yet they never change their hours with door dash or on Google. Don’t waste your time ordering or picking up if you’re driver during those hours.
