The people are nice but there attitudes don’t seem joyful, they seem tired and don’t want to be there, and that’s understandable. The inside is clean. The biggest problem I have is the food, it’s just horrible, they seem to mix of orders as well. I ordered a cheese burger and it literally only had cheese and burger, plus it’s always dry and what I hate the most is that the cheese burger are always squished and not pleasant to eat. This isn’t my first experience I had this problem every time I come here. If u want McDonald’s I recommend the McDonald’s on Sumter highway.

Thus mcdonald’s is better than the one in Elgin hands down. I will travel just to be met with a warm environment and nice workers who dont act like I am an inconvenience. I do, however, think management could use a little patience as the cashier was getting my change and was not trying to wait for my change to be given before she started with another customer. Causing a bit of confusion for my cash back. Other thank that, it was pleasant to be served here.

This was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I came in for something cus I haven’t eatin all day I stood in the front of the line inside for over 15 minutes while I watched the employee scoop fries for every other order and then drive thru. …tell me you don’t want to take my order without telling me you don’t want to take my order. It would have been different if they were packed but they weren’t, it was just a bunch of employees that didn’t want to be there clearly and a manager that was going rounds with a customer about not getting door dash food the night before….the front counter person decided to be on the fry machine cus she didn’t come take my order so I walked out after 15 minutes of standing there. Just watching the person that could have easily come done their job, assist with everything else but what she was supposed to be doing. The line for the lobby went to the door. I just walked out still hungry. Now hangry. No

Stopped in here for breakfast while my son was across the street getting a dental procedure done on a wednesday morning ten a m.
There was a 10 minute wait, no one in front of me and I was looked over at least 3 times by different employees. The one employee had a mouth full of food while she was working the line and couldn’t wait on me until she finished chewing.
Now McDonald’s food is pretty much the same no matter which restaurant you order from so basically all they can be rated on is the quality of the service and the environment. This one was not impressive
As far as handicap accessibility, the doorways seem to be wide enough; however, they had a Yellow cone storwd in the way of the primary door.
The place was neither exceptionally clean nor exceptionally dirty. I did not notice any tables that needed attention so we’ll go with more on the clean side.
When the same woman who had the mouth full of food delivered my food chimney, I was very cordial and kind and she had absolutely nothing to say to me. She definitely could use a refresher class in personal skills regarding communication.

Went to this McDonald’s last night 12-20-2025 around 6:45 pm waited in drive thru line and on the menu board they had the McRib bundle. We get to where you order at and ordered 2 McRib combo’s and the employee said they quit serving the McRib late November. If they were not selling the McRib why 3 weeks into December still advertising them on menu?

Ordered a happy meal. Fries were basically dumped in the box and the kids soda was hardly halfway full and even had ice in it (atleast a cube). Lady at service window handed food and shut the window so fast.
