The franchise owner needs to investigate the overnight shift.
When I arrive there approximately 1 a.m. the manager was sitting in his car in the parking lot. I pulled up to the drive-thru and was immediately greeted by the manager using the headset from his vehicle. He explained daddy would take 15 minutes for the registers to come back up and if I wanted to wait.
On a previous visit I was given that same exact story after making an online order after 2 a.m. and was instructed to cancel my order.
I used to be an assistant manager at a McDonald’s on the overnight shift in another state and we stayed open 24 hours and I’ve never had to turn away customers like that ever. They know an extra 15 minutes to place an order.
I think that group is just riding the clock and turning away orders during the overnight hours just to make it easy paycheck. I hope I hope the managers read this because I’m fully intend phone contacting the franchise owner so that they can arrange for them to investigate this.

My kids and I came to get lunch yesterday and the service was honestly amazing! The ladies were all friendly, some of the best service I’ve had in a while at a McDonald’s in town. Will be back for sure.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If you do curbside, you’ll be waiting there for a minimum of 30 mins. I’ve went at different times and always forgotten about at curbside. One of the managers is very kind, but there’s another lady at the drive thru window who is so snappy and rude which is why I opted for curbside in the first place. They always forget food. Literally every time. We’ve started checking the bag and have to go in every single time for missing items. One time I didn’t check, came home with breakfast for my kids and they were hungry so started eating it. I noticed my entire meal was missing and when I called they tried to tell me I had to bring back the entire order. When I explained my kids already started eating she was like “idk what to tell you. You want your food, bring the rest back.”
Same lady had the same attitude when I waited 40 mins in curbside I went through the drive through and she told me “you better go back to curbside or you’re not getting your food.” There’s no reason to wait this long for FAST food. I used to work in fast food so I get things get busy but this is every time I go here, it’s disappointing

Had to grab just a milkshake during busy hours, but the drivethru was extremely fast and efficient. The staff at each window were truely friendly and offered great, fast service. The shake was okay but melted to almost liquid milk. Still the service was the best I’ve had in very long time from a drivethru

Been here four times. All four times something went wrong. Finally went back and complained the fourth time because both my burgers were pattyless. Didn’t have a receipt because I didn’t think I’d need one. Was called a liar at the window by TWO of the workers and had my meal practically thrown back at me through my car window. Poor customer service. Crappy food 3/4 times. Disappointing management. Slow service. Shame on McDonald’s. A multimillion dollar company and they can’t even show their customers a little respect.

I work thirds, 11pm-7am, sometimes McDonald’s sounds like a nice spot to grab something quick… everything else is closed. I’d say the last (at least) 5 times I’ve done during my lunch break (3am)… the systems are down… how convenient? Every time… 3am, systems are down? Sounds suspicious.

The staff at this location was very friendly. My daughter and I did use the dining facility. Tables were clean and clear as guests were finished eating which made the process of finding a seat easier. They did get a little backed up at the counters. I would say the staff managed it very well.

Placed a mobile order at 11:40 PM for a small McFlurry. Drove 20 mins to get there. I got to the drive-through and spoke to the person until they just abruptly stopped talking to me and transferred
to the other ordering speaker. I wasn’t sure if they got my order code, so I pulled around. When I got to the window, I was told they don’t sell ice cream overnight. It was before midnight. They should cancel orders they see appear of things they don’t offer “overnight.” Fella certainly wasn’t the nicest either. Maybe they should staff more than 1 or 2 people, especially before MN.

one line at the drive through took 4 cars whilst I was at the speaker.. completely skipping over me for 10 minutes. My 3 year old just wanted some McNuggets man… finally got them, my kid told me that the fries and nuggets for cold…
