30 freaking Minutes for a Curbside Order!!!! This is the worst run and trained McDonalds I have have the misfortune of visiting in ages!!! People standing around and wandering back and forth while every bell, whistle and alarm are going off! I had to come inside after 30 minutes to try and find out where in the world my family’s food was and to be told “oh we are making it now”. 10 minutes later food is plopped in front of me at the counter incomplete!! And then given empty cups and told to fill my own drinks up!!! I ordered curbside and had to haul everything to the car by myself!!! Not a single offer of help, not a single apology from management or even the guy who brought my food to the counter and walked immediately away?!!?!! This is absolutely disgusting and this particular branch will not receive any of my business going forward and I will be sending a formal complaint to McDonalds corporate as well due to the insane service received. Absolutely disgusting!

Ordered our food via the drive through. No fountain drinks, no desserts and ordered our burgers with no onions as seen in the photo. Instead of getting no onions they legit put extra onions on the burgers. No good, can’t follow simple directions.

I asked for my sauce and she kindly handed it to me.
To whoever was beside her girllll find a new job go to a warehouse or something. No one asked for your horrible customer service and feedback when you said “yall be nice giving them sauces I always say no” girl what? Im going to always get my sauce especially if I paid.
Anyways find a new job immediately… customer service will definitely not be for you!

One of the worst fast food locations I’ve been to. Don’t get me wrong. I love McDonald’s as much as the next person, but this location is dysfunctional. The manager and the staff just cannot get it together. People are openly talking down to each other. And it shows in their faces. And it shows in the service. And it shows in the low quality of the food which does not taste as good as other McDonalds.
On a positive note, the space was physically clean, and there was plenty of seating.

Like not terrible, except the guy they have cook is a bigger guy, and not being mean, but I don’t wanna eat food after someone’s gut has been literally in the food. Like I watched him lean over the grill after putting food in those trays and his whole stomach go in the tray. Everyone else that works there is great though, especially Tracy!

This has to be one of the largest and most beautiful McDonald’s I’ve ever been to they even have interactive tables with screens built into them for younger kids to be kept engaged while they’re either eating or waiting for food a great place for families staff is excellent and professional the places exceptionally clean

I had a really bad experience at this McDonalds tonight. Ordered my food with the Mobile App. Was asked to pull forward into a spot to wait on my food. I waited 20 minutes and they sent out my food with no drinks. I waited an additional 5 minutes and at this point I was annoyed because how long does it take to make 4 simple drinks. I went inside and asked if I could just make my own drinks and I noticed 4-5 employees just standing around. No one offered to help and looked at me like I had 3 heads. Finally one of the employees working the drive through handed me some cups and I made my own drinks and grabbed a drink tray/headed out the door. Extremely frustrating and annoying experience. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Not once but twice we waited 30 minutes for our food. First time they forgot about us and had given out food to someone else. Today we waited 30 minutes again they parked us. After awhile I went in to see what was up and they gave me our food. Cheeseburger only ketchup and pickles was mustard and extra onions. Even the ticket clearly stated ketchup and pickles only. They all so forgot a nugget. They need to do better. We won’t be back to this location. The owner or corporate needs to see this and get involved.
