The experience was different as no one was available to tell you to order online. We stood like “Classical Conditioning” taught us waiting. They need help! (People are unwilling to make small amounts of $)The entire order took 25 minutes as we waited for someone to assist in preparing our food. Please go thru the drive thru if possible. If this the new fast food platform, we are in trouble.

Ever damn time you go thru that drive thru they get everything wrong,since did a large frie become a medium and sometimes a small,and can’t you hear when a person ask for fries with no salt, and please tell me, why you guys be not cooking them fries fresh, they are limp. I’ve never had my order messed up at this location. My only suggestion for improving is to ask if customers want sauces before handing the bag out the window. Very fast service but makes it hard to get sauces or anything extra like more napkins.

Went this morning at 9:40 a.m. The girl taking orders in the drive thru took 3 cars from inside lane before getting a car from the outside lane. I waited for a long time then left without ordering. Thank you, I came home and fixed country ham and eggs. Much better than Mickey D’s.

Visited 4/24/23, 9:19am in drive thru. Lady missed a smoothie on my order. When I received my order, I told the next lady I had a smoothie in my order, and the lady was rude and said it was not on your order. I told her I needed one. She never offered for me to pull forward on the first time so the smoothie could be brought out. She told me to go back thru line, so I did. When I came back around, she was not friendly and never said I am sorry for your inconvenience. l didn’t mind going back thru, but it was not my mistake. I didn’t have time to see the whole order at the order kiosk as it went off the screen, so I could not verify my entire order before pulling forward. If she had been friendly and smiled, then said I am sorry for the inconvenience, but you will go thru and reorder. I would not have given a bad rating.
