Waited at front counter. Totally ignored. People brought food up for previous orders, I don’t know how long they waited, wouldn’t even look at me standing at counter. Something sgmhould be done. McDonald’s in morganton nc are terrible every time, except breakfast.

Ordered on the app for pickup and chose the drive through option, no issues till I got to the drive through window to get my receipt and the guy running the window proceeded to ask me if I wanted to race him for my “pink slips” to my car. I responded no and he then PROCEEDS TO RESPOND “what you scared daddy’s gonna come home to a new Mustang”. 2 MINUTES GO BY OF ME GOING BACK AND FORTH with this dude, mind you it’s lunch rush. He finally asks “what I’m waiting on” then hands me my receipt. Food was great, but service was disrespectful.

Photos speak for themselves but this store is extremely dirty and unorganized. I heard employees cursing about clients. couldn’t wash hands in the bathroom due to the broken sink. Tried to use hand sanitizer as you see in video and they are all empty. That means every employee in the store who uses the women’s bathroom can’t wash their hands either. I am disgusted. I will never return to any McDonald’s ever again.

Just ordered thru Doordash. I was missing food. My fries were 1/4 full. And my drink wasn’t even filled all the way. And of course qhen I called 6 times there was no answer. Was NOT the dashers fault. The bag was completely sealed!

Went through drive through….got a simple order of 2 basket of fries and one large french fry. Got to window and lady tried to hand me a frappe….I said i had fries…so she then hands me a bag that i hand to my wife…in it is 2 small fries and a medium….i handed ir back to the woman who was a african american lady and she said very rudely to me I asked you if u had fries…my wife was like what the hell…number one she never asked me anything I told her i got fries and regardless I had larger sizes of fries…..regardless rude behavior to a customer when they have done nothing wrong but ask for what they ordered is horrible customer service. On top of that a large fry was halfway full so essentially i still got a medium and the baskets for my kids to munch were half way full as well.

When someone PAYS for sauce, they expect to get that put in the bag. I’ve paid for sauce literally everytime I’ve gone and I have never gotten it at any of the locations I’ve been to. When did McDonald’s decide to get so stingy and steal from paying customers.

Absolute worst experience ever had a micky ds. Fry was missing mcCHICKEN was raw and my sandwich with no cheese had 2 pieces of cheese on it. Not to mention the very rude people i dealt with while getting a replacement mcchicken. She was acting like she didnt just service me raw chicken. Absolutely disgusting place

The experience was different as no one was available to tell you to order online. We stood like “Classical Conditioning” taught us waiting. They need help! (People are unwilling to make small amounts of $)The entire order took 25 minutes as we waited for someone to assist in preparing our food. Please go thru the drive thru if possible. If this the new fast food platform, we are in trouble.

We had ordered just a few things and we ended up having to add some extra at the window because our family member found out where we was let alone it was around 11:56 we was sorry but we asked for them to remake a hot mocha they made and the man that brought out the other food said it ain’t his problem him and this other girl proceeds to laugh then walked inside and as soon as we was going to go in the manager came to the door and locked us out

Sometimes you find yourself going through the fast food restaurant that you don’t want to go to in your own town. When I went through the drive-thru I was greeted by a voice that I could clearly understand and did not sound impatient or imposing. That being said, they accurately took my order and when I pulled up to the window to pay the prescribed amount, I was greeted cheerfully by an age gentleman who appeared to be teaching someone how the job was done. When I advanced to the next window my food order was quite possibly the hottest. It could be without burning my fingers. The chicken biscuit was actually very tasty and smelled great. I ordered a caramel macchiato and unlike other McDonald’s, this came to me, pre-mixed and pre-stored and was a delicious experience. Anytime I’m within 30 miles of this place I will stop and give them another chance to make me happy because they did a great job the first time around. Thanks everyone, I know it’s a team effort
