I had ordered a double cheeseburger, a McChicken, and a Happy Meal 4 piece nugget.
I was on my way to Virginia, later opened the food…
My double cheeseburger had hair in it which I saw immediately after taking the wrapper off… gross, so, at this point I’m not going to eat any of the food.. I opened my toddlers Happy Meal box and she had ZERO chicken nuggets.. just apple slices, a toy, and sweet n sour sauce…
I called to see if I could get a refund he said..
No, you have to come in….
Why do I have to come in? I have the receipt info… do I have to drive all the way back 2 hours to get a refund? Do u need ID or something?
He didn’t sound mean but he sounded way too nonchalant and unprofessional.

My husband has to speak to them like they were special, in order for us to finally get the order we placed. My husband has had to have words with this particular manager several times. This is the FIRST TIME in months our order was actually correct, but it took him having to all but have words with them to make sure we got what we ordered. If you go here go early in the morning. Mya and her shift is wonderful you won’t leave disappointed. But if it ain’t 6am honey don’t go.

My husband stopped at the Jonesville McDonald’s today to grab me something to eat, and the burger I received was completely undercooked pink and raw in the middle. I only took a few bites before realizing it, and I ended up getting sick and throwing up afterwards.
This is not safe and could easily cause food poisoning. I’m sharing this to warn others and to urge management to take food safety more seriously. Ground beef needs to be cooked to a safe temperature. No one should have to worry about getting sick.

I don’t know how the morning shift can usually get things correct and evening shift struggle rises much but it is ridiculous. Waited in line for 42 minutes while I watched asas others received their food AFTER I ordered. Ordered 1 hot honey chicken so it wasn’t like I had a large order. Isn’t anything “fast” in this place in the evening shift for fast food. Go to the Elkin location for dinner if you’re getting food in the evening. Company would probably make a better profit closing after 3pm

Have passed this place dozens of times but last night was the first time I ever went there.
Got three sandwiches and an order of fries from the drive-through and it was pennies shy of $25.
Their mistake I only got two sandwiches and an order of fries.
Good thing I’ve learned to check my bag from a place like this and one of the sandwiches was missing.
This must be how they subsidize their way too much per hour work pay.
Bringing your food and delivering it to you Over a rail while you’re waiting in the number one position of the drive-through lane is very inviting.
After checking and finding a sandwich missing, I cut the car off and went into the restaurant.
I said to the girl working that this was why I totally despise McDonald’s. Her reply was sorry about that.! I asked her to look at the receipt and check the bag and see if there was anything missing. she said oh yes you’re missing a chicken deluxe sandwich and went straight to the back and brought it straight out.
I don’t recommend that you buy food at this place because it is not very good loaded with salt and they should give away free water with the meal because of the dry mouth that you will have after you try to eat it.
Looks are deceiving and the price of tickets for this zoo should be half price!

Always out of orange juice, egg McMuffin often has scrambled egg on it because they’re out of the other kind, $3 for a small fry, ordered fish sandwich with tarter and ketchup, got back to work and no tarter sauce, one morning I waited at the counter for a really long time before anyone acknowledged I was there even though people were behind the counter walking by. This McDonalds needs improvement.

Absolute disaster in here. Ordered and got food 20 minutes later after being ignored at the counter for 10 minutes. Fries were half filled and when i asked about it they said “sorry we need to make more”. No problem just charge me half price. Not one piece of cheese was actually on the burger they were all off the side in the carton. Insanity

Another worst McDonald’s, tried ordering a double quarter pounder with Lettuce and tomato,so she asked me lettuce and tomato only, no , I’ve never been asked that and always ordered that same burger. Someone needs to teach how to take orders. By the way, there was nobody in line on a Saturday at 4 pm , everyone else must have got the message.
