Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Waited for almost 10 min on the counter and not even 1 person helped me. There were over 6 employees there 2 doing nothin. Can’t believe how bad of service it is here. Definitely not coming here again. Good luck people

This evening I decided to pick up some food on the way home from Bowling. I ordered and paid through the mobile app. I selected the store at 229 Mocksville Hwy, Statesville, Nc 28625. My order number was CG82 placed approximately 9:00PM. I arrived at the store and pulled up to the order speaker and was told the order was ready and to pull up to the window. There were 5 cars in line ahead of me at the pick up window, past the order speaker so they were waiting on something. After waiting 17 minutes, I pulled to a parking place and entered the store. I expected to see understaffed conditions but I was surprised to see about 5-6 people behind the counter, (notice that I did not say working more of a social gathering). They were all teenagers except the older gentleman apparently a manager, leaning on the counter at the payment station. I went to counter, the guy at the payment station completely ignored me, finally I spoke to one of the young ladies behind the counter and asked if I could pick up my order, she brought a bag and set it on the counter and left. She did not provide me drink cups or give me the drinks that was supposed to be included with the order. I waited a couple of minutes expecting her to bring them. She did not, just went back to the social gathering behind the counter. I went over to the guy at the pay station and asked for my drinks, he briefly looked up and asked me if the tea dispensers were empty. I told him I did not have cups or my drinks. He just continued to ignore me. I caught the eye of the young lady behind the counter and asked for my drinks. She just gave me a blank stare and the guy a the pay station told her to give me some cups. I took them over to fill them, and both the tea dispensers were empty. I went back to counter and again was ignored by the older adult at the pay station and again was able to catch the eye of someone in the back. They filled my cups and I left. Total time from pulling onto the lot was 27 minutes. I got home opened the bag. The fries were very overcooked and hard. The fish filet that was ordered without tartar was drenched in the sauce, I ordered a double pounder but received a single. This was very disappointing service, I realize that people will go to McDonalds regardless of the quality of service but this experience was disturbing enough that I wrote this complaint. The manager is certainly not giving the owner his moneys worth and there was no discipline or organization in the store. Very, Very disappointing but sad to say is becoming the benchmark of food service these days, paying premium and receiving far less than the moneys worth.

23 minutes to get sausage/egg biscuit meal. Get back to the truck & no egg.. Receipt says what i ordered. Biscuit was extremely hard.. Come-on McDonalds you can do better.. Jeezz

Waited in the drive thru for 25 mins. Only like 2 or 3 cars in front of us. Thought the food would be ready when we got to the window since we had already been waiting 15 mins but no. Pulled us to the second window and then they had to come ask for our receipt to see what we order.

I’ve been in line for so long I had time to write this review! Under staffed and every time I come in every single day I’m in line for over 30 mins waiting on my food. The frappes are always out and everyone acts like they don’t know what their doing or how to work the machine! They close the frappe machine when it gets late, just so they don’t have to do it!

Amazingly slow. I saw four people just up front which means probably another in the back and yet they took fifteen minutes for a big breakfast. They were the same for everyone else, and it’s not like they were experiencing a rush, people were only coming in and ordering every few minutes and they were totally ignoring anyone who tried to order at the register.
