Lobby was closed at 10 pm. Food was relatively quick but not worth eating. No condiments on burgers and they definitely seem old and dried out. To the ownership of this restaurant. I reached out via the supplied link on 1/6/25 and I have heard nothing. This response shows why this restaurant is terrible.

Dining room was surprisingly clean and empty, however we ordered at the kiosk which was out of paper. It took quite a while for our food. The two customers that picked up ahead of us had items missing from their orders as well as I myself had items missing. They replaced the missing items after waiting an additional 5 or more minutes. The couple orders that came behind mine had issues as well. So of five orders that I witnessed inside the dining room, not a single one was accurate.

I ordered a deluxe double quarter pounder with cheese meal. I guess they were out of lettuce and tomatoes because they gave me extra onions instead. They also gave me a small cup of HI-C when it should have been a medium cup. ♂️

Just got a quarter pounder meal large fries and asked for ketchup and the lady said I can only give you one pack and charge you for more and then the fries were cold and the burger was cold and didn’t even have the toppings on it just the meat. And I asked for it the way it came. This is by far a place that needs new management and other things to make it right.

I ordered a large Lg Carmel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle
, Lg peppermint hot chocolate, 20 pc nugget and mcchicken.
Well the Carmel macchiato was only half a small cup the peppermint hot chocolate tasted like hot water with a drop of peppermint. And the chicken was hard and cold.

I ordered Quarter pounder meal with strawberry shake..the burger had no condiments nor cheese , just onions smh then the strawberry shake was just vanilla. I got cheeseburger with chicken nuggets for my kid and the burger just had cheese and pickles. The food was not good and no salt on fries. Waste of $25

McDonald’s makes excellent premium coffee but the black coffee they make at this particular McDonald’s taste like it came out of a low quality Keurig pod. I thought they just made me bad coffee so I took it back and they were more than happy to give me another cup of the same low quality Keurig coffee which after trying it promptly went into the trash. When I go to McDonald’s and spend $2.50 on a cup of Premium McDonald’s black coffee I expect to get premium McDonald’s black coffee and not coffee out of a Keurig machine.
