Nothing like getting a QPC with unmelted cheese and some sort of cheese squirted on it, jalepeno end caps and this burger is thin as can be. Quarter pounder? When? Maybe when it was still attached to the cow.

I decided to come to this McDonald’s to dine in and come to find out they had the doors locked. Not only that but the times was clearly posted on the doors and here it’s is 8:40. Then I go thru the drive thru and only wanted one thing at this point which was a milk shake but no. Their machine was down. I understand one or two days but this particular McDonald’s milkshake machine has been down for at least a month so why is it not being fixed? How am I supposed to buy a limited time milk shake if the machine is not gonna be working until after the event is over? Not only the disappointment with the locked doors and broken machines, I waited in line over 10 mins to just get a mcchicken and fries. At this point I shouldn’t even go to McDonald’s because clearly the company or workers don’t care about the customer’s request and needs.

I had a promo receipt for a free drink. The cashier didn’t know how to redeem it so he got someone else, who I think was the manager. The first thing he says is “this is the wrong code.” How would he know? The computer generates random numbers for each survey you complete!? I told him it wasn’t. You do the online survey and it gives you a long number to record. He had the nerve to ask me “how do I know it’s not the wrong code?” THEN he told me he cannot accept the receipt because it wasn’t from his store. I have used these coupons all over with no problems. However at this location it had to be from his franchise, so he says. He also told me I could not use the receipt because it was more than 30 days old. I mean this was for a single drink! I would’ve been happy to pay, but I go to McDonald’s a lot and did the survey for the drink. Good customer service would’ve accepted the promo. I will not be back.

The food was fresh and hot. Very helpful order taker. The dining room was clean and updated. I found this location to be very busy in the drive thru and observed several indoor customers. A busy restaurant is a positive sign of great food and friendly service. Using the Mobil app to gain access to free and cheaper food and drink options is a must! This location offers many parking options and easy handicap ♿ access.

Got my order wrong to start out with. Once I got my order I told the kid at the drive thru I was missing a milk shake and he responded well there’s only 2 on the order and I asked if I could just quickly order he rudely replied no if you want it drive back around.

I ordered 2 nugget happy meals for my girls. I ended up having to wait for the food (not that big of a deal) but when we got the food and went home, I was missing both 6 piece nuggets and apple slices from the happy meal. So I needed up with just 2 kids fries and a toy! UGH! When I called to talk to them about it there was no apology, I was just told to come back with my receipt and they would give me my food. I asked if they could just refund the money and I was told that was against policy and that I have a way to get what I paid for. I will never go back to this location.

This location is very clean. Service was good we ordered from the kiosks which was nice. Overall it was a good experience, except for the loud mouth manager who was reprimanding the employees and insisted on talking as loud as she could. Other than that 4 stars. Manager 1 star.

Love this location!! Food is always hot and usually get through the line pretty fast. The staff are usually always polite and tbh I don’t to go I’m much to eat. I almost always do drive thru or online and curbside. But I’ve never er had an unpleasant experience at this location.
