I’ve heard of not filling up a fry, but seriously it was less than halfway. Seriously, not even any fries loose in the bag, just pure negligence. If you can’t sell a large fry then you should just tell the customer that next time.

I usually come here for my lunch breaks, and this location is usually pretty accurate and timely. I always enjoy speaking with the staff, so all in all I’ve had a 5 star outlook on them. However today is the third day that an incident has occurred – i came through at a little after 2:00, I ordered a 10pc, tea, and Oreo Frappe. I was asked to pull forward to the third window after being given the tea and food. I sat there for 20 minutes. I was handed the wrong food twice, and they finally brought out an entire Oreo McFlurry (I ordered an Oreo Frappe). I was already about to be running over on my lunch break so I just left.

Ordered a Mocha Frappé with Extra Oreo topping. I got barely any whipped cream and no one topping. The cookie pieces that they put in there, were all on the bottom and not even blended into the drink. I’m very disappointed in this location.

This particular location is really bad when it comes to getting your order right and making sure you receive the condiments you asked for. There were many times where we would drive off or arrive home to only realize they forgot the BBQ sauces or even a whole burger. Just make sure you check your bag before leaving.
