My friend and I was inside ordering when we witness an employee and a manager got into it, we got the manager name and it was Megan. She yelled and told the employee to leave and so the employee did. The employee was inside the lobby waiting for his ride; mind you it’s raining outside. She refused to let him wait inside and called the cops on them. I’m sorry, what? Called the cops for this? Is she blind it’s raining lady. How would she feel if it was her being treated like that? This location needs to work on their management team. That manager treated the employee like an abandoned stray dog. Also apart from that Megan messed up on my coffee and told me to come back another day for my coffee.

We WERE SHOCKED! It’s been years since I have eaten at McDonald’s and it was great!
The food was fresh, cheese was actually melted decadently over the hamburger patty. The bum was steamy hot and tender. French fries were perfection. Everything was mouth watering delicious.

They have been out of Coffee at this location for 4 months. You can’t even Online order it. They need to order better or something! It’s a shame a huge company like McDonald’s has no Coffee… Guess Starbucks and Dunkin will keep getting my money. Maybe they will be out for 2026 and I’ll have better luck in 2027.

Everytime I order a burger with onions on it they make sure to put none on it. I always have to give them my burger back and ask them to put onions on it and most of the time when they give me the burger back there is still no onions on it. Fairgrove Church Rd morning crew got this one’s morning cre beat by far!!! Can’t even get an order taken after waiting in line, by myself, after waiting for a minute or two. Happened two days in row. Fairgrove can push out 10 cars in that time.

Disappointed by the Customer Service
I went through the drive-thru at the McDonald’s on Highway 70 recently, and while the food was fine, the customer service was really lacking. When we pulled up to the window, the employee didn’t greet us, say hello, or acknowledge us at all. He handed the food over pretty abruptly and had what I can only describe as RBF the entire time. Not a single word. No “hi,” “thank you,” or even a “have a nice day.” I even mentioned to the employee that a simple “have a nice day” would have been nice, and all I received in return was a head nod, which made it clear the point went right over his head.
I understand that fast food can be a stressful job and everyone has off days, but basic courtesy goes a long way. My husband also mentioned he’s dealt with the same attitude from this employee before, so it doesn’t seem like a one-time issue. A simple greeting or “thanks” really makes a difference in a customer’s experience. Hopefully, management can remind their team how important those small interactions are.

Well, this McDonalds was unique. Parking lot is designed terribly! Not for traffic certainly. What kind of terribly cheap Manager doesn’t allow napkins to be in the main dining room, only to be doled out by the staff – a real WTH!??!?? That’s being CHEAP! My drinks were a mess with overflow on the lids that weren’t wiped off – ya don’t serve drinks sloppily like that, wipe em off!!
Other than that the food was fine, no complaints. Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly but slow to cook my no salt fries and I waited 10 minutes from ordering.

Don’t buy a happy meal here. We just ordered a 4 pc nugget happy meal with extra fries. They only gave us the nuggets and a drink and not even in the right box. We finally got them to give us the fries, but they refused to give us the toy, saying we had to pay another 4 dollars just for the toy! What appears to have happened is that the workers and manager rang the order up incorrectly and were to lazy or too stupid to void out a receipt and create a new order. The workers might be trying to keep the toys for themselves to sell later, possibly. Avoid this mcdonalds location unless you want a sad meal.

The food is, well, McDonald’s food. What differentiates one from another, other than price lol, is service. At this location, most of the employees are cordial. But there’s been a couple times my QP with cheese has been way undercooked. But the major qualm I have with this location, is my coffee. Every time I order my coffee it is completely wrong. I order a Caramel Macchiato, hot, add whip cream and chocolate drizzle. Easy enough. And it’s clearly stated on the receipt. Yet 95% of the time, they give me an iced Caramel Macchiato, with whip cream and chocolate drizzle. I don’t drink iced coffee. Furthermore, I order on the mobile app most of the time, so my name is attached to the order. I figured at some point they would notice the name with the same coffee order every day, and it would work itself out. I am sad to report, that is NOT the case. It seems my confidence in mankind’s common sense, was ill placed. I know it’s just a coffee, but for me, it’s a reminder of how the world is changing for the worst, one McDonald’s order at a time.
