I spent 35 dollars for meals for me and my family and we got our food and there were 2 roaches in our food. One crawled out of a burger box and the other was in our nuggets box for me and the kids. I am so disgusted. I have never experienced this before and I am so sick to my stomach over it. Needless to say nothing was eaten and I won’t be back to this location.

Anthony, the manager, is the reason for this review. The service in the past has been good, but Anthony’s energy has taken this place to a whole new level. I can hear his enthusiasm and passion to make sure the customers are doing well, I can hear him help his team out, and he just seems like a nice and good person in general. Local fast food restaurants need more managers and workers like Anthony!

Everytime I come here, the staff are absolutely so wonderful and the food is always great. Inside remains clean anytime we go inside. I think maybe once or twice I’ve ever had to really “wait” for our food but usually it gets to us pretty quickly.

Today was ridiculous. They asked me to pull forward to the second window so I do. Then I have someone come and ask me to pull forward to the number drive through signs. The girl is walking the food out, tries to hand my food to someone else as it’s pouring rain and the bags wide open so the food is being soaked. She gets to me finally and hands me the food and says “you got your drinks already” like no, I did not. She then tells me to check my receipt. At that point I ask for a refund because this is ridiculous and I’ve been sitting here 15 minutes at this point.

I swear this is my last visit. Tired of immediately being parked. 1 QP and small fry and I get parked for 3 minutes. Then you’d expect the fries would be hot and neither the fries nor the burger were hot.
At 6:30 at night have your “fast food” ready and hot. Won’t stop here anymore.

If they mess up, they’re quick to fix it if you let them know. Ive never had nearly as many problems from richlands as I do beulaville. If you’re difficult like me and change your order 10 times, even up at the pay window (I know I suck), they still have a smile on their face and will gladly help. They have never made me feel like an inconvenience. If I didn’t live 5 miles from beulaville and 25 from richlands, I’d go to richlands every time.

After waiting 10 minutes for a six piece McNugget happy meal and a McFlurry get to the car to find out that there are roughly 5 french fries in the box that are cold. Thankfully, the McFlurry was cold but waiting 10 minutes for five cold french fries doesn’t quite seem worth it..

What type of burnt BS is this. Lmfao I know this is McDonald’s we are talking about but I happen to know there are managers that work at this particular store that actually take pride in making fresh food. My fries were nasty and old and my double cheeseburger was as old as Ronald McDonald.
Now I gotta drive all the way back to get it remade by the lady we spoke to on the phone. At least she was nice about it but then only remade one of the meals. Why would we call and let you know our meals sucked and were old just to have one replaced? I shouldn’t have wasted my money. The thing is if you just do it right the first time you won’t have to go through this.
