This is the first time we’ve eaten inside this location and it will be the last. First, they’re was an elderly gentleman at a table near us who requested ketchup when the employee brought out his food. She grumbled that it would be right out. It was not right out. He almost ate his whole burger before my wife went to the counter and got some for him.
Then our food came out. We were missing a fry so the young man brought out a fry pretty quickly. The Grinch shake salt was missing so I went to the counter to get some. I went back to my table, opened my burger and there was no lettuce or tomato. It was a plain double cheeseburger but I paid for a Daily Double which is dressed. I went to the counter for that. While I was waiting, the woman at the fry station wiped her nose with her hand then continued touching things without skipping a beat. I got the burger and it was cold by that point.
Also, the trash was completely overflowing. This was not during the lunch rush but was at about 1:30 pm.
Do better, McDonald’s!

I came in at 10:41 pm to order a chicken tenders meal and the cashier was super sweet, and so was the lady that brought me my food. I could tell they were worn out and I just wanted to say: Bless them because I was hungry from a long day of work and they gave me a large fry and extra tenders which they didn’t have to do. I hope they are appreciated at their job because they do a wonderful customer service and I hope I get to see them again next time I come by!

This place never gives you your order the way you request and pay for it, they be in the back just playing and being so loud that you have to tell to get someone’s attention and than when you do that one of the employees would say something rudely back. This place is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited.

I came to McDonald’s durning rush hour for breakfast. When I entered the restaurant it appeared clean and very well lite. I sat at table 125 and used the McDonald’s App to order my food. The app was easy to use. Once I placed my order, I started the stop watch, and I received my food in 3 minutes and 57 seconds. The female server was extremely polite with a smile to boot. The was hot and delicious.

Night crew here don’t give a damn. This quarter pounder with cheese look “cooked to order” (per website)? Cold, tasteless and waste of the “reward” points. I get it’s McDonald’s but come on really, have some pride in your job. Don’t send me that link to corporate either cause I’ve already filled out that crap to. I got a Mccrispy about an hr and a half ago. Halfway through eating it I noticed pink inside the middle. I threw it away but it was too late. I am now violently ill. Either someone pulled the crispy early or the oil temp is off. Either way I’m pretty upset.

Horrible and i mean rude and disrespectful coworker apparently he was “complimenting” my hair but he kept looking at me and eventually i looked back as one does he comes up to the front where they take orders he says “oh we were talking about your haircut your mushroom hairstyle” i said “oh okay?” He got mad as if its not weird that he’s telling a customer about how someone hair looks very different or whatever then he proceeded to ask me if i needed that aka as in if i wanted to fight just because i was simply waiting for my order while he was jut laughing it up with his friend in the back horrible I’m also a minor that is 15!! A threat to a child is insane?! Should be fired for being disrespectful and threatening a minor should have told the manager but didn’t. ♂️ horrible!

Had to go around drive thru about 2 times and my sister had to go inside because our order was messed up. The manager was doing everything she could to run everything but it just seemed like a bad night all around. They were short staffed , only had half the items and their was something with a communication issue. We were taken care of by the manager but it did take us almost 30 mins to get the same food wrong, cold or having to wait for something else. I will be back but I can’t believe this place. The last time they forgot my nuggets and drink out my my happy meal. If you come to this location, check your stuff before leaving the window. Mcdonalds has stepped its game up tremendously over the years but this spot is definitely a hit or miss. much better during the day.

I am absolutely dumb founded on how this mcdonalds has a 3.8. It should have an average of at the minimum 4.8. Im going to give it a five through the board.
Food taste quality in the sausage egg cheese mcgriddle, best ever and I’ve been to hundreds of mcdonalds across the county. No exaggeration.
Food presentation looked better than the sausage egg cheese mcgriddle in the menu. I prefer to do my food photography with real food and not with props and tricks that look good. This mcdonalds is on point considering how busy. presentation is hard to maintain, let alone keep quality up with it.
Very clean mcdonalds clean bathroom atmosphere is great.
Customer service was phenomenal, with no complaints. Even if I tried to find something to complain about, it just isn’t possible.
Kudos to the management and the mcdonalds crew team here at this location. other franchises should really stop by this location they would learn a thing or two.
This is my go-to for breakfast from now on.
