The employee named CAESAR was WONDERFUL. They had just closed the dining room. Yet, he was kind enough to let my daughter and I use the restroom. He DID NOT have to do that but he did. On top of that, HE WAS EXTREMELY KIND. He didn’t rush us but treated us like family.

11/13/25. Drive -Thru order. Egg McMuffin. Egg yolk in sandwich had to be precooked. The yolk was discolored like an OLD boiled egg yolk. Yuck! I presumed at least for their signature breakfast sandwich, the egg would be cracked fresh.

You seriously need to address the employee at the last window if you want customers to stay. Short straight black hair, appears to be Hispanic. Her attitude is completely unprofessional. She constantly slams the window and acts rude toward customers. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. Again, if you want to keep customers, fix her attitude immediately.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal got 2 bottom pieces of bread and the onions covered the sandwich much granddaughter asked if I had fries on my burger. And it wasn’t hot!!!

This was the worst mcdonald’s. They pulled us into a spot, which is fine. I don’t mind waiting for hot food. However, all 3 burgers were so cool, that the cheese didn’t even melt to the buns. That is exactly how you make people sick and end up closed down. It’s gross. A good expediter (if that’s what mcdonald’s calls the person who puts the order together) would notice the delay between the fries and the burgers. These burgers were not even warm.

Front counter associate needs to clean their station, front desk associate doesn’t speak when you stand in front of her for a good minute. Just stares at her phone on the counter. Ordered a drink from the kiosk because she couldn’t be bothered, then had to wait for her to get off the phone to turn around and grab the cup for me, she didnt, the nice older lady came from the drive thru and gave it to me. I wouldn’t be so upset if the girl was doing something.
