To be honest, I rarely eat fast food but when I do McDonald’s is my place of choice because you know what to expect & while the quality can be low to midrange, it’s usually edible.
The whole point of MickyD’s is you know what to expect.
I was driving through from the beach and I pulled through the drive thru, hoping for a quick breakfast.
I ordered a breakfast burrito meal. Simple enough, right?
Nope.
20 minutes later, (Yes, in the drive thru) after I HAD PAID, l finally made it to the pickup window & was told they were out of burritos. Did I maybe want something else? No offer for a refund, no options provided. It was up to me to solve their failure to deliver my mediocre breakfast.
Whatever… you all know the ridiculous stuff that follows.
I guess even McDonald’s can’t be depended upon anymore.
I won’t be back to this location.

Whoever the manager that was working tonight 2/17 at around 7:30 pm was one of the rudest people I’ve met. I was missing a fry in my drive thru order and she wanted to see my receipt because she didn’t mess up bagging anything because she was in the bagging area. When I brought the receipt back in to show them I didn’t get it she continued to have an attitude saying she didn’t leave it out the bag. I get having a bad night but don’t take it out on your customers if you mess up. I will avoid going to this McDonald’s from now on. Not like they need my business anyway. I hope she can figure out how to have better customer service.

Ordered a 10 piece nugget and got 8 pieces. Fries tasted old. Used the mobile app and waited 15 min for order to be done after ordering well before arriving.

Update: The food was better. I still had to park and wait after ordering ahead. The drive thru person was indifferent acting, but the lady who brought it to the car was nice.
Revisit, still a long wait.

A bit of a long wait, no menu board, to-go order no napkins or condiments must ask. Attitude of staff very good, hash browns a bit soft and undercooked, caramel frappe to many ice chunks not creamy. 2 dollars for a 2 half slice of bacon.

I got poisoned here by Ronnie Mcdonnie BUT he did a delightful song and dance routine beforehand and he was very polite. He even called poison control but they were unable to diagnose my shrek movie cup cadmium poisoning. Oh well. Enjoyable experience overall 4/5. Watch out for the barnacles, it’s the season for them.

Just left McDonald and my mother in law ordered me and my husband breakfast combos. And the lady who was talking our order didn’t give us our total, didn’t complete the order on the screen,and told us to go ahead and pull to the first window. which isn’t a big deal until we get to the last window and after the worker handed my mother in-law the bag she decided to check our bag might I add after she had already paid. And we where missing a hash brown which once again isn’t a big deal we told her we were missing the hash brown hoping she would get us another one for the final meal we ordered we wait about 5 minutes and then she opens the door seemingly very confused and ask us the we want another hash brown and we say yes to complete out last combo anyway about 2 minutes later the manager comes to the window with this big attitude at hand and tells us the in order to get another hash brown we would have to pay for it because we only got 2 combos which is something we’ve not been informed of yet and the she shows us our receipt and my mother in-law just told her never mind because of this terrible attitude this manager has and and she is almost yelling at us to take our receipt like we are stupid and trying to scam them over a single hash brown which we paid more money for because of the workers mistake. Which once again wouldn’t have been a big deal if the manager (which looks about 19 years old) just asked us a few questions instead of have this woe is me mindset.

Worst McDonald’s that ever was established. Wrong 90%of the time. terrible and lazy service. Would never recommend. Find another McDonald’s to eat at. Not worth the frustration nor the money you’d wish you saved dealing with the worst service of your breakfast, lunch ,dinner, late night snack. Ice cream machine is always down. Foods always wrong, service with and attitude. For the love of God, shut this one down!!!!!! Do the community a favor and build a burger King. At the least you can have it your way with the king.

DO NOT EAT HERE, they don’t care. Every time I come here, I know I speak clearly to them, they even repeat my order back to me. Then when I get up there my order is wrong, fry sizes are wrong, drink size. Then they want to argue with you even when you’re nice.

BEWARE!!!! KEEP DRIVING WEST TO THE ONE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN
Every time we visit it changes. Very inconsistent and sometimes good others I wouldn’t even give to my pup. Well today I think I got a contact high by employees on break smoking pot in their car by the drive thru.
They can not count got ripped off on my nuggets order and my Burger was Raw… i already was home when I discovered this.
Another was suppose to be a PLAIN cheeseburger but they obviously can not follow instructions.
