I went through the drive-through and placed my order. Once I pulled up to the window to pay, the employee told me that I could possibly save money if I ordered the meal instead. I did and saved money. The customer service here was excellent.

This is now the 3rd time I’ve had problems with this store and mobile orders. First two times I scheduled a McDelivery, I was charged and never received my order. The app even stated the food never left the store. I was never refunded for those two instances. Now today marks the 3rd time. I ordered through the mobile app with my money and rewards points. They withdrew my money and sent a confirmation text and within that same second of my money being withdrawn, I get a cancellation text. How are you able to process the transaction but then immediately cancel it after confirming it? I understand the issues with DoorDash but when the store immediately cancels my order after the confirmation and money already went through shouldn’t be possible.

So this is the second or third time this has happened which is why I’m leaving a review and leaving my comment on McDonalds web site. I went to the drive through today ordered a quarter pounder meal a happy meal cheeseburger and two different pies. They gave me my kids meal at the window and then as I found out the last time quarter pounder meals are made to order. So I was pulled to the last window and waited 15 minutes from the to bring me the rest of my food and they only brought me just my meal not my pies. So I called inside and the person identified themselves as a manager and I explained to them what happened and she sent said she was sending someone with my pies. This is my lesson learned I didn’t look in the bag and and when I got home one of the pies was wrong. As a consumer when I pay for something I feel as though I should get what I paid for not what you want to give. As I said on the phone this is redicolous to wait only to be given the wrong food.

Ok first the wait for my food was uncalled for they told me to park after going through drive thru them waited another 20 minutes for my food I ended up going inside and waited another 10 minutes cause they had not started fixing my food the guys in the back was so slow the manager had to go back and help them after I got my burgers they had no onions on them smh. I will not ever go back there I would rather leave Whiteville hungry than go to that McDonalds again

On Thursday 3/3023 I stopped by McDonalds on Maddison St to get breakfast. It was very refreshing to be treated so pleasantly by a young lady rushing to me at the counter to take my order.She smiled the friendliest smile and was so enjoyable to talk to. It was very obvious she was great full to work and enjoyed the job. She promptly brought me my food when ready and said bye. I went out but came back in to get her name. The manager was at the front and when I asked her name she asked if anything was wrong. Absolutely not. I said this new employee impressed me so much and told her all she did.

Their french fries are finally worth eating. I ordered a Big Mac without the center bun so they used a regular bun instead of the one with sesame seeds and it was missing that certain taste that a Big Mac has. Who knew that sesame seeds added to the taste?
