The workers at the Whiteville, NC location are always friendly but I do question the cleanliness of the food when a manager CHOOSES to place a nasty trashcan covered at the bottom with food and spilled liquids in a window to drive thru customers at the FIRST window. To order your food and pull up to the first window to see a dirty trashcan sitting right next to Halloween happy meals buckets that go to innocent litttle kids! Come on now that’s just LAZY not to mention NASTY! A trashcan should be on the floor not in a window next to and touching products your going to give to little children…..You mean to tell me there was NOTHING else that could have been put in that window besides a NASTY trash can?? McDonald’s you have got to do better!

I placed my order shortly at 1:32 PM. I walked out at 1:50 PM because I wasn’t going to let it go 45 minutes again like I did in Leland. I looked at the board behind the counter. My order number wasn’t there. And because it wasn’t there, I had to take strawberry instead of apple pies. Had to get my own drinks. No matter how long the drive thru line is, looks like I have to accept it. McDonald’s needs to get it together with their mobile app or they’re gonna lose another loyal customer.

We just left the McDonald’s in Whiteville, NC. We ended up walking out without the food we ordered after 15 minutes. At 10:45 we ordered fries, cookies and a small coffee. After 10 minutes we got the coffee but they had just started the cookies, and said they weren’t serving lunch yet. We had already been told 5 minutes earlier that they were working on the cookies and they could go ahead and do the fries before 11:00.
In the meantime there was a lot of arguing going on back there.
As I said, we left with a small coffee that ended up costing more than $7.

After watch the movie Founder, I did not think I would go to McDonald’s again, but this McDonald’s location changed my mind!
After standing at the counter of the Arby’s across the street for over 5 minutes without so much as a hi, we left and walked across the street to McDonald’s. I felt like I was at an old school McDonald’s. The kind of McDonald’s where the employees welcome you, are courteous and seem happy to do it. This location checked all the bare minimum boxes … (extremely) clean restrooms, hot food, correct order delivered to our table and employees who smiled and offered to assist when needed. I was so impressed, I had to take a moment to say thank you to one of the employees for taking time to do things the right way. Even more impressive, I dont recall seeing a tip jar on the counter! Thank You McDonald’s in Whitesville, NC.

After paying almost $18 for a Large McRib combo Large and 2nd McRib sandwich, then being denied my Large coke at the pickup window…. being cursed at by some back woods wannabe thug… never again. Absolutely disgusting. McRibs with no or very little barbecue cause on them and the Large fries, we look at The picture judge for yourself. Horrible

This is a drive thru review. We ordered 2 Sausage McMuffin with egg and nothing else. Get to first window to pay and we confirmed what we ordered with the young guy wearing a mask. We paid and pulled to 2nd window and asked to confirm our order before we pulled away. The young girl confirmed and she seemed very rude. We get home to eat and wrong order was given but charged for what we didn’t receive. They need to work on communication and manners.

Double quarter pounder value meal with large fry. Large coffee 10 piece nugget, the external temperature of the meat was 160 Nuggets, or 140 French fries were hot and crispy cashier who took the order without standing very friendly, very professional. Well pleased

Worst experience I’ve had at any Mcdonalds. Waited 30 mins for our food along with several other’s. When I asked for the manger he wouldn’t even look in our direct. When I finally attempted to eat my food there was hair in my fries and cheese burger. I have stopped at this location multiple times on my to Charlotte. Something has definitely changed.
