I purchased 3 value meals with fries. The fries were old and cold. I took the fries back to the front counter. The manager agreeed to make me fresh fries but as I wait for my fresh fries I noticed my nuggets were hard and cold too. The manager said he gave them to me 15 minutes ago which was not true. My receipt said that my purchase was at 5:57 PM I got my fresh nuggets at 6:03pm. Also when he gave us our fries, he brought them to us in a bag dripping with hot grease oil.

took a while which isnt the problem, the problem is why did it take so long just for me to get unsalted fries that were redipped. fries that have been sitting and then gonna re dip them in the grease. Are you serious? its not crazy that we had to wait but we watched 5 workers sit there and have a conversation.

Showed up to the location in Burgaw North Carolina. They sign on the door said Diane in hours are 6 AM till 11 PM. It is 915 and each employee claim they were closed, we’ve asked multiple times to speak to a manager about it, and they refuse to even look at us through the door. Meanwhile, they have about six people sitting in the lobby while I’m trying to just get food.

Took several minutes before someone took my order at the register. Had to grab someone walking by again. The store was completely filthy. Trash overflowing trash cans, trash all over floor and tables. Drive thru backed up , people bringing their incorrect food back in. Terribly run store. Would not recommend coming here.

Fish Filet, fries and mango smoothie tasted as expected. Employees at the drive thru did their job, but they could be friendlier. One of my pups love McDonald’s fries!

For some reason this McDonald’s always seems to mess up my order. Asked for an iced mocha latte. The mocha latte comes with mocha syrup which is chocolate and whip cream. Got an iced coffee with no sugar, no syrup, and no whip cream. Don’t go to this one, go to the one in rocky point, nc instead.

Proportions are always off, when you order a large expect a large fry with medium amount of actual fries. Same goes for drinks.
Other than that, staff is always friendly and nice.

My wife and my son are allergic to mustard we specifically told the this when we ordered our food half way home my wife took a bite of her food and guess what mustard so we called it in and they told us they where sorry and that they would put are name down in some book and they would replace the whole meal for free so we come back up 4 days later and ask for the meal they owe us and the young Hispanic manager caches a complete attitude with me tell me im lying and that shes done talked to her bosses and that they some how lost their gm book of mistakes and that they can’t help us bc burgaw Macdonalds is out to make you have an allergic reaction

This McDonald’s is usually messy or items are unavailable (one time they didn’t have pancakes or biscuits at breakfast), but today was the worst I have ever seen it. We visited at 11:30am and were greeted by a sign taped to the door stating that there wasn’t any soda or a few other items. We walked inside and spent way too long trying to find a clean table. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty, and there were multiple small spills of food and drink throughout the dining area. Finally we decide to clean a table for us to sit at, but we have to ask for napkins because the dispensers are completely empty. After I get napkins and clean the table we order our food with the app. It shows up quickly but it’s cold. While we’re eating there is a woman who I assume to be a manager (wearing a red collared shirt) complaining loudly that she is the only one working. By the time we were ready to leave the lunch rush had started and there was a crowd of people waiting to place orders. The two guys that helped us by giving us napkins and bringing out food out were attentive and nice but the problems we witnessed today were a little too over the top for it not even being busy yet when we arrived.
