If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This was easily the most incompetent fast-food experience I’ve ever had.
We placed a mobile order for a Double Quarter Pounder with fries, assuming — foolishly — that “mobile order” meant the restaurant had even the most basic ability to organize food. We pulled into the drive-thru with a screaming 7-month-old and a tired 2-year-old in the back seat, and when we got to the window they told us to pull into a curbside pickup spot and they’d bring the order out.
That was apparently code for “go sit in the parking lot and disappear from our memory forever.”
We waited.
And waited.
And waited some more.
Thirty minutes passed and absolutely nothing happened. No food. No employee. No explanation. Just two parents sitting in a parking lot with two miserable kids while this restaurant struggled to accomplish the monumental task of producing one burger and fries.
At that point I got my 7-month-old out of the car and walked inside hoping someone might acknowledge the fact that customers exist. Instead, the employees treated the front counter like it was radioactive. People were standing around, wandering behind the counter, avoiding eye contact, and not a single person came over to help.
And to be clear — we were far from the only ones dealing with this disaster. The parking lot was full of other cars waiting forever, confused customers walking around trying to track down their orders, and a general sense that the entire place had descended into complete chaos.
After nearly an hour of this circus, we got back in the car and jumped into the drive-thru line again to explain that we’d already been waiting 45+ minutes. The manager looked at us, picked up a random bag of food and asked, “Is this your order?”
It wasn’t.
At that point we were so exhausted and desperate to leave that we literally said “No, but we’ll take it.” That’s how badly this place is run — customers are basically accepting random mystery meals because the staff has absolutely no clue what’s going on.
Honestly, the level of confusion, slow motion behavior, and total lack of awareness behind the counter was so extreme that it genuinely made us question whether some of the employees were under the influence of something, because it’s hard to explain how an entire crew can function this poorly otherwise.
This restaurant somehow managed to turn a single fast-food order into a nearly hour-long hostage situation with two screaming children in a car.
If you’re looking for glacial service, zero organization, employees who pretend customers don’t exist, and a manager who hands out random bags of food like a lottery, this is the place for you.
If you actually want food within the same hour you ordered it, drive literally anywhere else.

Been going here for a long time. This last time was the last time. It has only gotten worse. Long wait times no matter whether you’re inside or in the Drive-Thru. The orders are usually okay as far as correctness goes. Sometimes little mistakes. The food is inconsistent. Sometimes good sometimes not. As far as service goes, usually the people are polite if you can get one of them in front of you. The kiosks at this and almost any McDonald’s I ever go to never print out the ticket so you get a half a second to memorize the number before it disappears. This last experience in the drive-thru pushed me over the top. Pulled up, one car in front of me. No big deal. Nice lady took my order and then took payment at the first window. At window number two, the worker there asked me to pull up to window number 3 which I was okay with at first, but there I sat for 15 minutes waiting while a stream of cars behind me were picking up their orders and going on with their day. It wasn’t a big order. Three breakfast sandwiches for 17 bucks. This stuff is prepped and ready ahead of time. I understand things run out and they have to make a new batch but really rubbed me the wrong way. So I got out of my vehicle and went up to the counter to get a refund. One lady come up and said oh that order is ready and walks away. Well I’m out of patience at this point. Second girl comes up with the bag of food asking if I still wanted it. Sorry I wasn’t interested anymore at this point. And then wouldn’t you know it their cash register wouldn’t print out a paper ticket for the refund because the machines are always out of paper and I didn’t have time to hang back and wait for them to reload it just so I can get my refund ticket. I will be following up as needed.

CASHIER TOLD ME TO HAND HER THE MONEY OFF THE COUNTER OR SHE WOULDN’T GIVE ME MY CHANGE BACK. Sitting in this location as I type this. Kiosks were not working and there was no service at the front counter. When some young girl finally walked by she said someone will be with you shortly as she walked outside. She eventually walked back in and came to the register and said “can I help you?”. I knew what I wanted and knew what the cost would be so I laid a twenty dollar bill and exact change on the counter before she came back. She told me….. “HAND ME THAT MONEY” I asked why. She said…. “BECAUSE I’M NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU YOUR CHANGE BACK IF YOU DON’T ” She wouldn’t move her hand six inches to pick it up. What poor service. Dine there frequently and the Managers always treat me well. Today…… no Manager in sight. McDonalds….. you can do better.

I could not believe it when the cashier told me that this McDonald’s, part of an international compny, does not accept $50s or $100s as payment. Looking at all the poor reviews on product and service, and now not accepting large bills, clearly this franchisee cannot properly train his employees or effectively operate this restaurant.

It took about 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Was not busy at all. I sat at the payment window for about 7 minutes without seeing anyone. Pulled up to second window and sat there for about 15 minutes before anyone took my payment. I didn’t even see any employees for 12 minutes waiting. Terrible service!

The worst, most unprofessional experience with a drive-thru attendant. He failed to greet me after several minutes, then when I pointed this out after explaining this through the speaker, he said “you can’t fight.” Super trashy. I wouldn’t trust these people to prepare anyone’s food.

COLD fries at the drive thru. Is it that difficult? I would prefer to wait than to pull out with room temp fries. Girl at the window was at least nice

Was so excited to get an egg McMuffin for the first time in quite awhile. Imagine my disappointment to realize there was no Canadian bacon on my sandwich! Epic fail on my breakfast pickup at this restaurant.

Okay so my two spicy chicken sandwiches were fantastic and hot but my third regular chicken sandwich was not what it was supposed to be at all.. Instead it was two undercooked McChicken patties with no sauce and two dried out pickles 🙁 .. I’m saddened by this honestly like come on guys and I sat and waited in the Uber for 10 minutes..
