As I walked inside last night to order, a young black lady working behind the counter was giving attitude on her headset to a customer in the drive thru saying “I said drive around!” I looked at my husband in disbelief. We should’ve left then, but we ordered anyway at the kiosk. After getting our food I couldn’t believe how gross the fries looked and the container was barely filled up. I went up to the counter to ask for new fries. I could see that same lady and a heavy set girl working filling orders. I waited patiently, but neither of them acknowledged me. After a few minutes, the rude one walked over and put a bag on top of the pick-up area and started walking away without any acknowledgement. When I started to talk, she cut me off and said, “right there” and kept walking. I stood there confused because I thought WTH I didn’t even get to tell her what I needed and she never asked! When she saw the confusion on my face, she says I saw you out the corner of my eye. I’m guessing she knew that she gave me nasty old fries. The new fries weren’t much better!
I see I’m not the only one that has experienced her nasty attitude reading some of the other reviews. Skip this McDonald’s if you’re looking for good customer service and decent food.
And… Miss, if you cant be bothered to do your job properly and treat paying customers with kindness and respect don’t work in the service industry.

On two different occasions I got the worst food ever. I got the steak egg and cheese bagel I got two of them both of them the bagels were burnt horribly. Last week I got what you want to call a Big Mac my panties were so thin they would see through and burnt every time I file a complaint I never hear anything from anybody it’s like they just ignore you I have pictures and I don’t hear nothing from anybody it’s ridiculous

The food was good, they got the order right. But went through the drive-thru and literally sat there for 15 minutes before someone said anything at the intercom, the only reason I stayed was because I had ordered ahead through the app, so unprofessional, like is only 1 person working there running the whole place?

I must say customer service these days are lacking yet Mr.Guinus went above and beyond to help me pick up my door dash order I was picking up. Some times kind words can really change a person’s whole perspective and day. Thank you Sir as I needed your kindness, humanization and compassion in a way I could not explain tonight.! Checking back in to add that the supposed 24 hours they are supposed to be open they sime how close but will still honor Door Dash orders. Tell me how your closed but still serving pick up for door dash but cant take an order from thr drive thru??? I stand by the original review worst McDonald’s I’ve ever attempted to order from. This McDonald’s is an absolute joke unless certain people are working in the morning. Good luck finding the dining room open in the evening. The posted hours on the door must only be up there because they have to be I refuse to use the drive thru here because the food is always garbage if I don’t order inside. But they lock the doors as early as 8:00pm Or whenever they feel like it causung The drive thru to wrap around the building and almost every employee has an attitude and the food ends up being old and cold from sitting all day and they serve it just so they can get it out the window. Thankfully Chick-fil-A opened across the street and actually cares about the food they put out and their service!

Absolutely the dirtiest, unprofessional fast food restaurant I’ve been in! So much so that I through our food away and we went over to Chick-fil-A. If you have to be on this side of town please skip this place! It’s been 5 days and using your link doesn’t work!!!! Absolutely disturbing to see the homeless man half naked in the bathroom when my 5 year old nephew walked in. Found out this location is known as Mc- homeless! I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER CENT WITH YOUR COMPANY!!!!! I also will continue to post reviews on ALL platforms until I get a response from 2543 Carolina beach rd Location.

I ordered a strawberry cream pie it almost broke my damn tooth had to at least been 3 days old hard like a rock was not fresh it’s always someone better than you at something and trying harder & might even wants your spot so you always have to do your best and put in 101% don’t think you going to McDonald at 3:36am they say they open 24 hours I go up there they speaking about they only taking door dash orders but say they open 24 might as well go to waffle House I was thinking I’m about to get me sum breakfast they say they open then can’t take my order it’s 3:38am why I go up there and see dinner on the menu still it’s 3:39am do better !
