I just came here and ordered two McChickens with added Mac sauce, and somehow ended up with plain McChickens. No sauce,lettuce, Mac sauce — nothing.

The fries were just as bad. Absolutely no seasoning at all, bland and disappointing.

This was a huge letdown, especially for such a simple order. It honestly felt rushed and careless. Attention to detail was clearly lacking, and the overall effort was poor.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one.

I am very pleased to see that the general manager is now running this store and has his hands on what’s going on. As far as training and operations, I have left several horrible reviews of this restaurant and hadn’t expected to have not only my order ready when I got to the window in drive-thru, but the bag was double folded to hold heat because they know drive-thru customers are usually taking these orders home and expect them to at least be warm when they get there. As a matter of fact, the young man who took my money at the first window recognized me right away and apparently informed the GM who I was and that I had spent a good part of my youth working for McDonald’s In Michigan at the crew level and at the store manager level. McDonald’s taught me a lot about organizing and removing obstacles from tasks that might slow me down. I use all the same principles today in what I do for a living. But getting back to this review, it was flattering to know that they knew who I was and that things had changed quite a bit. It isn’t just about the satisfaction of customers. It’s about teaching young people. How to be efficient in what they do and and who they are. Good luck to the restaurant!

Reviews say it all, poor service. Wish I could talk to the franchise owner about the experience we had today and here lately. My McChicken had lettuce(when I asked for no lettuce), waited 15 minutes for 2 Apple Pies. People just standing around talking when the lobby was busy. Frappe had some kind of trash in it, remade and still had little pieces of something in it(we strained it out). Disgusting.

I order 10 minutes in advance and somehow my food is never ready. When it finally is, it’s either made wrong or not my order at all. I’m consistently forced to wait 20+ minutes while on a time crunch, which completely defeats the point of ordering ahead.

The last straw was being told my order “wasn’t in the system” after I never received my food—despite the drive-thru employee clearly having it. At that point, I had to ask for a refund because I couldn’t even get what I paid for. Denied. I’ve given this location chance after chance, and every single time something goes wrong. This place is disorganized, unreliable, and a waste of both time and money. I won’t be returning.

Why is it so hard to find competent management for this location? I have lived in this area for over 15 years and this McDonald’s is hands down the worse one. If you can’t manage both lanes, then shut one down and CLOSE it off. Stop letting customers sit there in silence because you can’t be bothered to let them know. It’s poor customer service and just lazy.

Our marching band played at the high school football game. The stadium did not have the ability to feed our crowd. We ordered 45 hamburgers and 45 medium fries through the app. The order did not go through immediately and the staff had no idea that an order of that size was coming in. They could’ve easily just declined the order and told us they were unable to fill it. Instead, the cook walked past the counter, gave me a fist bump and said, “Don’t worry, we got you.” They rocked it out and got us taken care of in 20 minutes. No muss, no fuss, and even joked with us during a very stressful time. Staff, you have my thanks. The kids were very happy. Great job!

Every time I stop at this McDonald’s while passing through my hometown, I hope for a better experience. Unfortunately, the food quality, service, and overall professionalism from both crew members and management have consistently been DISAPPOINTING. After multiple attempts, I won’t be returning!!

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too staff is rude and they take literally FOREVER to get anything out the window to you. I went once for just a large coke it took them no joke 10 minutes. And if you order food with your drinks? Oh you’re there for at least 20 minutes. Go literally anywhere else BUT here.

I ordered online for table delivery at 1:28pm. It took 45+ mins for them to even acknowledge me. I had to go up to the cashier twice, both of whom referred me to the other side, not wanting to engage with figuring out if my order actually went through, see what the order was, or anything of the sort. They were out of straws by the drink machines. The tray for the lids was very filthy. There was a dead fly in the reservoir for the ice/drinks to go. The tables are sticky, and there was a dead fly on the windowsill. I ordered a Big Mac, and two large drinks. I ultimately had to go up to a third cashier/manager who handed me my food and halfway apologized. I get it that it’s busy, but there’s no need to be hostile and lazy. When working retail, I was taught to have a Blast… Believe, Apologize, Solve, and Thank. None of that was accomplished. Both cashiers thought I was waiting on a DoorDash. They clearly didn’t understand their own app/system.

This McDonald’s drive-thru must be sponsored by Disney, because every visit turns into a full-length feature film. They tell you to pull up, and then—boom—10 minutes of waiting like I’m auditioning for “Fast & Furious: The Slow Meal.”

I’ve spent less time waiting on oil changes, construction crews, and my dog deciding where to pee. If you’re hungry right now, this ain’t the place. If you’ve got time to age like fine wine, pull on through!
