It baffles me how incompetent the workers here can be. Time after time something goes wrong that there’s no point even coming back. I’ve had completely wrong orders, orders cancelled for no reason, obnoxiously long wait times for simple orders just to have it canceled as well, and today.
I ordered a simple order through the app. McGriddle meal with a large coffee, 2 cream 4 sugar and vanilla syrup. I guess that was TOO advanced for them. I got a BLACK coffee. No cream, no sugar, no syrup, not even in the bag. They could have at least threw a few in the bag! The fact that something so simple that everyone else orders in the morning can’t be made by these workers is insane.
Whoever runs this McDonald’s needs to have some kind of intervention with their workers because a majority of them should not be employed if they can mess up so many different times to so many different people.

Crazy that a 24 hour establishment, in the last 2 times I have come here, has failed to come and take a drive-thru order within 20 minutes of arriving at the window with no other customers in line inside or outside. But sure, can definitely drive by and see everyone inside smiling and messing around while we wait. Kudos to the fantastic service.

Tried my first Big Mac was a great experience and Great customer service. Thanks yahll I used a promo code to try the meal and was worth stepping out at night for. The on the clocks was kind and helpful. Thought I would be rushed at the cash register in drive thru and was not. thank you good conversation good food and good service. Every time we order from here 90% of the time we are missing items or entire orders. From simple things to no straw with a drink. To missing an entire double quarter pounder. We never get good service. We have spoke to several people who claim they are managers about how there is no care in this place. Nothing gets done about it. We just want good food at a good value. This was a drive-thru purchase: sausage egg mcmuffin combo. The hash brown was really good and crunchy. The sprite was good and strong (didn’t taste like it came from a dirty fountain/nozzle. My sausage mcmuffin had an egg shell in it. At first I was thinking “it happens”, but when I took another bite and another bite…. more egg shells. Y’all gotta do better!
And what happened to the sausage n gravy biscuit? That’s what I really wanted.

Today I went through the drive-thru. I order off the mobile order and drove to the speaker no response. I ask politely hello may I give my code. Then someone said yes may I have your code two ladies at the first women had wonderful customer service and tried to figure out were my order was on the screen. By the time I went to the second window the lady provided my drinks and Demanded me to move to the drive spot number 4. I politely declined and said I only have a few minutes on break I didn’t order a lot so I said no. She stated three more time pull up. They was yelling through the windows pulled up. I still politely said no. She said that they had an order of 20 burgers and I need to pull up. I told her that’s wasn’t my problem and she said since I don’t pull up I will have to get a refund. She ask do I want a refund I said no I would like what I paid for. She gave me a refund even know I wanted my food. I went to the Wendy’s. I must say they have way better service and they accuracy and speed is way much better.

You know things are bad when they are getting lectured during the shift and then they tell you they can’t give you the breakfast order even though on weekends it ends at 11 and you’re in the line at 10:04 exactly. Usually I wouldn’t do this but this McDonald’s is so incompetent. What should have been, maybe giving them the benefit of the doubt, a five minute order turned into an almost thirty minute order. I’m baffled this place hasn’t closed down. Honestly you’re better off just waiting in a huge Starbucks line. At least then you are most definitely going to get your food at some point. This was ridiculous. Time is money and the people here don’t get that.

This McDonald’s location has been a constant disappointment. Nearly every DoorDash order is missing something — sauces are either forgotten or not the kind I requested, and several times the kids’ meal wasn’t even included. That’s the one thing I’d expect them to double-check every time.
Food quality is also inconsistent — sometimes overcooked and hard, other times undercooked and soggy. Unfortunately, this isn’t just an issue with delivery. Even when I visit in person, I usually end up having to park and go inside because the drive-thru messed up my order.
I’ll give it 2 stars because when it’s done right, it’s done right — but unfortunately, that’s rare. This location really needs to improve accuracy, quality, and overall attention to detail.

Placed a mobile order and my son went to pick it up, I accidentally left it as drive thru pick up and they refused to hand it to him inside. I ordered a big Mac, should be simple…..nope, they messed that up as well, fries and nuggets were also cold. Once I figure out how to post a picture of my big Mac, I will. I have given this place multiple chances, no more, I am done with the hope mills location.

Wasted an hour in curbside.
Went inside and there’s a line of customers and not a single CSR in sight. Wasted another 20 minutes and never got my food.
I’m done with mcdonalds. Food is mid at best, service doesn’t exist, and when you do actually get your food, the order was messed up anyway.
What an embarrassment to call themselves fast food. Could’ve sat down in a proper restaurant, been served, and be on my way in half of the time wasted at this establishment
