Spent the day in Dunn. McRib is back and my family indulged me. My McRib was perfectly sauce and the proportions of onions and pickles were right on. My family got the chicken nuggets meals and the nuggets were crispy outside and tender inside. We also got the spicy chicken wrap meal. We were all satisfied when we left.

Ordered no cheese, got extra cheese. They tried to take the food back across the line. I don’t want a place removing cheese and handing it back. McDonald’s. Do better.
Update: Fix your receipts. They’re always empty in the kiosks. People have to wait forever and all you say is order numbers. Which doesn’t go well even when your “Next Order” TV is off.
Update to update: New management, great folks. Really appreciate the turn around and how clean the store is and how nice the staff is.

Unfortunately, last night I was not happy but the people inside were having a difficult night and I was not going to hold up drive-thru even more waiting for employees to remake a melted frappe. I sat a total of 17 minutes in a very long drive-thru line (at the time only 2 in front of me, but I couldn’t count the number behind me) “around” 12am (not to be exact, but almost) waiting for an iced chocolate Frappuccino. Well, it apparently sat on the counter for just about as long as I waited because it was very melted/whipped cream over half sunken, and as I paid I said to the young man, “tell me it’s still frozen and that’s not my whipped cream”. The boy handed me the same frappe’ I was looking at, receipt, and credit card all at same time and said as they say to everyone, “have a nice night”. I looked up in my rear view, at that choc frappe’, and back at him and said sweetheart I hope you have a blessed morning, looks like you might need it”. I hadn’t gotten half my sentence out and he was already working on next order (can’t say that I blame him with the line behind me, and I guarantee it was not a pleasant shift for that poor guy. Here’s hoping God blessed him though, but there was no help for that frapp’. Y’all SERIOUSLY, pray for those people on those night shifts with hardly no help scheduled for the 11:30pm time period until closing on Friday and Saturday nights. I only saw 2 visible employees through those windows. I also noticed the competition across the street was rolling!!

Really not the McDonald’s we grew up with. Beverage dispensers gone from the dining room. Food was marginal, hard crusty cheese on both my Big Mac and my wife’s 1/4 pounder which was so dry she had to drown it with ketchup to swallow it. Cold, uninviting dining room, which was impeccably clean, really rounded out a disappointing trip. Ordered on a kiosk, but had to stand in line to pay? And the food was delivered to the table. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

This is just disgusting. My wife stopped at McDonald’s (w Cumberland St) in Dunn, North Carolina this morning to get us a couple of breakfast sandwiches. Not something we do very often, and now we won’t be stopping there at all. When she got home, she looked at me and said, did you do this? She was asking if I took a bite out of her sandwich. I said I haven’t touched your sandwich. Apparently, some SICKO at the restaurant took two bites out of my wife’s breakfast sandwich this morning. Downright disgusting.

Went to this location on Veterans Day, to get a Veterans Day free meal advertised by many outlets. I ended up buying my breakfast at the drive thru, only to regret not getting a free meal at IHOP, Denny’s, or anywhere else also offering a meal on Veterans Day free. The manager just dismissed me with a 10% discount, which I never use, as many times, that I have gone here. The McDonalds next to Food Lion in Dunn, was offering it last year, I should have gone there instead. Lesson learned.

IM FURIOUS! I ordered a medium cappuccino with splenda and was given a half filled cup that had absolutely no splenda or sugar of any kind and tasted like straight warm water. I was charged full price $3.50 and can’t even get a refund. I emailed a complaint and was just given an automated response and no real help. Their customer service is a joke!

ordered 2 caramel frappes with extra caramel, & chocolate drizzle with both Oreo . payed EXTRA $.50 twice & $.30 twice since I got 2 made the same way . they did not add the extra drizzle nor chocolate either way , I went inside to ask for my order to be made the way I payed and ordered it , they still sent it back wrong . Then I asked another employee and they went back and got the manager. The manager then proceeded to say that they can’t put extra drizzle ( which is around the cup ) because it “ messes up their machines “ and is no longer providing extra drizzle . I’ve been to McDonald’s countless of times and never had this issue . If this was a new rule it should have been posted or been told before I paid for the extra drizzle . I’ve even ordered this plenty of times at this particular McDonald’s and never had an issue. Pure laziness lmao
