I hope the owner sees theese videos and the way I was treated. I was told, “You’re at McDonald’s, I don’t know what you’re expecting” after I waited almost 20 minutes uses at the 2nd window waiting on my order. It took over 5 minutes to get to the 2nd window. The first video shoes them trying to give my food to the car in front of me. In the 20 minutes I waited at the 2nd window they asked me what was my order. It will only let me use 30 seconds of video, but it lasted over 15 minutes. They brought out the food to the car behind me and laughed when he walked back into the building. When he finally brought me my order and I asked why it took so long to get 2 cheeseburgers and a Mcchicken and he said YOU’RE AT MCDONALDS I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU’RE EXPECTING. The worst customer service EVER. I get home and the sandwiches are cold, but the fries were hot. I’ll never go here again.

This place is horrible, I have worked in the fastfood industry for over 20 years and if my people treated my guest the way I was treated. Believe they would become my customer. I got 4 meals stuffed in a little bag, pictures attached. Old nasty fries which were like half full. Never again !!!

Recently been in area more with family. This McDonalds and the other location are basically the same as far as service and food. My food was hot only because it took them 3 times to get my wrap correct. I order online specifically for that purpose. This last time I visited I picked up at drive thru left checked my order down street and had to return. Went inside told them the issue, they gave me the order checked before I left it was still wrong. I understand the demographics of Clinton and the hiring of teenagers but this location had several teenagers socializing with their working friends. Hanging around saying oh Im waiting for him or her. Not good for business. At least I wont be back.

While I mistakenly ordered a big breakfast without pancakes, I just wanted my order to “change” to a regular one. They charged me 5.99. When the order difference in the menu between the two is 30 cents or some change. Like really? And then they made it a big deal because I wasn’t going to waste an extra 6 bucks. It was bs. Ended up getting it anyway to eat with my family.

We did curbside pick up i was with my aunt we parked and pit on the app we were here and after around 30 minutes of waiting for the food finally we get it i had got sweet tea only for it to have no ice it was recently brewed meaning it was hot so we give it back to him and ask for some ice he never came back and we had to go in and only to see the sweet tea left on the to go shelf so instead of letting us know it was there we had to wait 10 more minutes before going in then my aunts mcrispy was undercooked!! Never coming back we will now be going to the one on southeast blvd

I sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes with no response, all the while the other drive-thru had two cars that showed up after me go through. After driving up to the window to order, I got to the second window where they were giggling and playing like a bunch of school girls. Then I get home to find cold, soggy, greasy, nasty fries. What a disappointment! I’m done with McDonald’s. You’ve gone so far downhill. It’s not even funny. DO BETTER!!

I heard the grill staff yell at the lady in the window about my sandwich. I get it, it has a grill note on the box. Certain they couldn’t get it wrong at that point…… Wow I have never been so wrong in my life.
