I guess this location is in short supply of buns! I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal and they assembled my burger with a top bun but no bottom bun. The cheese was literally plastered to the bottom of the box! My burger looked so ridiculous all I could do is literally laugh out loud! I have to say I have never in my 57 years eaten a burger with only 1 bun. I’m traveling so I couldn’t turn back to have them fix it!

Vanessa and the whole morning crew are amazing! They always have my food right out, and great customer service. I have been to many McDonald’s around the country and the world. This one is hands down the top 5 🙂 Keep it up you guys!

Management was rude and disrespectful as for my order it wasn’t made correctly and my fries where short thrown at bottom of bag at least they were fresh the cashier i will say was very nice and respectful idk how she even deal with all that was happen but she smiled and stayed positive the whole time

This mornings I ordered a steak biscuit with 2 hash browns and a large sweet tea. My steak was brunt so bad I couldn’t eat it. I was so hungry and needed to take my medicine on a full stomach. Tea taste watered down hash brown was nasty.

3/10 after my daughter waited in long line to place to end up with the Coldest older sandwich and sloppy!! it’s been a min since i returned and if i can’t go to 71st school road location i’ll be hundry first! The crew leader/shift needs to new demotied and /or close this store!!!!!///

I almost broke my tooth from a bone fragment that was inside the sausage patty. I reached out to them via email, and they never responded. I broke a tooth over the summer from bitting into a bone fragment that was hiding inside sausage on my sausage pizza. You can clearly see that it’s a piece of bone. My tooth was sore for a few hours. Thank God I didn’t brake this one. Stay away from sausage yall! Worst part is, these companies that 0 liability if you are hurt. Marco’s pizza took 0 responsibility, and I’m paying thousands out of pocket even with good insurance.

If you wanted to be treated like trash by customer service and have cold fries and uncooked meat visit this place. Never going again. Seems like they franchise without concern about their costumers and hire anyone sad enough to collect their wages. Yum raw hamburger. Never visiting McDonald’s again… disgusting. They deserve less then one star. Horrible place
