just left drive through and girl said that milkshake couldn’t be filled to the top because of a fill line but i’ve never got a shake this low from any mcdonald’s. and took the shake looked and gave it back which your not supposed to do. she had an attitude and refused to make it again.

The service here is decent at best. I ordered online and waited 28 minutes for a mcchicken & fry. The employees made sure to avoid the front counter at all cost. On the upside, when I finally asked about my order.. they made it instantly (without any attitude might I add). Ironically, the lobby was virtually empty. I can not imagine visiting during busy hours.

Only taking away 1 star to warn about the LOVELY young lady with the INTERESTING pink hair choice. She has a remarkable ability to make others feel SMALL while believing she’s being helpful. The staff is quite polite but Jesus they are disgustingly slow… not only has McDonald’s raised the prices to casual dining, you’ll also experience that type of wait time whether you are in the drive thru or dining in. I don’t think they took into consideration that the kiosk can’t prepare orders.

Went thru the drive thru? Placed order. Seen the order on the screen it was correct. Got to the window to pay. Didn’t have the order, had to repeat the order. She re rings the order. Pay. Get to the next window. And the order was not correct. Its pretty basic listen to the order, punch it in. Read the monitor, bag the order.

I ordered from the drive through. I ordered a strawberry shake from the menu, but (of course) the machine is broken. I also ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal, but I got a chicken sandwich instead. I brought the order inside and the employee immediately replaced it with the correct food without any fuss. Despite the broken shake machine and an inaccurate order, the replacement lunch was good.
