This location appeared to be too busy at the time I went, around 5:00 pm. They were just taking orders and parking all the customers in numbered spots. The communication broke down somewhere because the people who brought the food out had to go up to every single vehicle to find out what they ordered—in addition to causing more traffic in the parking lot by getting in the way of customers trying to back out.
I did a mobile order for a large frappe and waited over 15 minutes, while customers who came after me received their full orders before my single frappe. It didn’t seem organized and also felt a little dangerous with so many employees walking among a lot of moving vehicles driven by impatient customers.

Decided to add a holiday pie since I had never tried one. What I got was a dried up, cold, no filling shell that had probably been sitting there since the morning. Since I ordered through drive through I guess they figured they would pawn it off on me. If I had eaten in the store I would have definitely gotten my money back.Very disappointed!!!

Bad food! I ordered a fillet o fish. It was overcooked and barely any tartar sauce. Also , half a slice of cheese! I threw it away! Please, train your people better!! This is not the first time that I have been disappointed. There has been many more times, and I keep going hoping they get better. My biggest mistake!! No more!

Chrissy, and the whole crew today at McDonald’s were first class! I received excellent hot fries and I also even waited for fresh ice cream and it couldn’t have even been any better. I think this is one of the best experiences I’ve had when I was able to make my Father smile by getting his ice cream. First class ran and first class 5 star!

The manager @ the Mint Hill location took 10 minutes to explain to me how I should read the small writing (she said exactly) on the menu board when I ordered. It says, that I will have to pay an extra $1.40 for ordering orange juice instead of taking a small coffee with my breakfast. She also charged me separately for another ( to be honest specialty coffee) I was ordering with my breakfast. Today’s breakfast was $12.00 versus my usual $6.09 @ other McDonald’s locations. VERY SUSPECT!!!! Be careful.

At 7 in the morning the last thing a customer wants is a lecture from a manager saving McDonalds 3.00. I never got to ask her why don’t you just substitute my coffee and let me pay the difference rather than over charging me 6.00. We’ll she showed me and all the people in the drive through. How she can make every body late by pointing out your company hides important details at the bottom of the drive through menu board.

They don’t understand English well. I just tossed a whole large French fry it was so greasy. After I ordered extra crispy. I’m tired of paying $15 for a meal and tossing 1/3 in the garbage. Time to eat other places. I used to like it there but the new staff is horrible

Stale hashbrowns. Overpriced hashbrowns. And hit my car on a pole at the drive through window. Why is there poles around the window where you have to pull up to get your food! How are you supposed to get your food I would go back to a refund because I’ve never had stale hashbrowns but now I have to worry about car damage!!!! And the egg mcmuffin bread was hard!!!! Wasted $5 I could have spent on coffee of something instead of crappy breakfast. On top of that all the food was bad. Never had such bad McDonald’s before. Thanks!

Went there for the first time is a year bc they are known to mess up orders. I ordered a medium fry, double cheese burger, fish filet, and 4count nugget. They missed the nuggets but gave me 3 sauces. What am I gonna use the sauces for?

Be careful when you order from here especially from the drive through. I just witnessed a black female worker picking and eating from someone order from the drive through SMH never coming here again.

Bought my child a happy meal with extra fries. This is how they came. Upside down with one empty fry bag and another that had fries in it before being turned upside down. On top of the sad quality, there’s zero customer acknowledgement. This location rarely makes eye contact while sticking your food out blindly to you. You might as well just go in the back and make the food yourself, since we are invisible.
